The location was great. Everything was nearby, bus stop as well as the metro. Shops, restaurants and cafes around. Free coffee and tea.

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Paul St Louis, and I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at CMG Residence. I had made a reservation under the name of Paul St Louis for a four-night stay from Sunday to Wednesday, reservation #CMG-1357.
I regret to inform you that my stay at CMG Residence turned out to be a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by a pervasive and unpleasant odor that permeated the entire premises. The bathroom facilities were in an abysmal state, emitting a foul stench that made it practically uninhabitable.
Furthermore, the level of noise disturbance at the property was intolerable, preventing me from getting the rest I desperately needed during my trip. To compound matters, the promised Wi-Fi service was non-operational throughout my stay, severely inconveniencing me as I rely on internet connectivity for both work and personal communication.
Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from the staff, no one responded to my calls for help. Additionally, I was alarmed to discover that the security of the property was compromised, as on one occasion, my neighbors managed to open my door in the middle of the night, causing me significant distress and concern for my safety.
Moreover, the absence of adequate air conditioning in the rooms made the living conditions unbearably hot and uncomfortable, exacerbating an already unpleasant situation. The discrepancies between the actual state of the accommodation and the misleading representations in the photos online further added to my disappointment and sense of betrayal.
Due to the cumulative impact of these issues, I made the difficult decision to abandon my stay at CMG Residence prematurely and seek alternative accommodation for the remainder of my trip. I vacated the property on Wednesday, cutting short my intended four-night reservation as I could no longer endure the unacceptable conditions.

Location is ok
Key box code was not provided and we got help from neighbor. Room is very small and not for group or more than couple. It’s not a worthy place to deposit €500 and nothing is there more than deposit value. Mattress is very old and very unrest. Overall bad experience and don’t know when they return my deposit money €500 !!

Comfortable, practical, great location!
The location of the apartment is great - all the metro, bus, tram and other stations are near, some even just few meters away, bikes for rent, etc. Also, neighbourhood in itself is very nice with lots of charming coffee shops, patisseries, restaurants, boutiques, drug stores, grocery stores, squares etc. (where they will not rip you off). Although the streets are very busy, the apartment was quiet and we couldn’t hear the noise coming from outside. Layout of our apartment was very practical and we had all the necessary amenities.
I have to complement the staff from ‘check my guest’, who was very helpful and always at our disposal.

Le ménage a été fait à mon arrivée et quand j'ai demandé si c'était possible de le refaire ils se sont excusés en m'expliquant que le ménage se fait une fois à mon arrivée et une fois à ma sortie. Je trouve que l'on pourrait rajouter la fréquence.

Le logement bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, à proximité de toutes les commodités : ligne de métro, restaurants, snacks, commerces et un Carrefour et autres.
Le quartier est dynamique et les locataires sont très accueillants.
il serait utile d’ajouter quelques éléments de vaisselle afin de compléter l’équipement de la cuisine.

L’isolation devrait être améliorée : on entend les bruits des chambres voisines et du couloir, et de la lumière passe par la porte. Mieux isoler les contours permettrait de réduire ces nuisances.

Bellissimo e luminoso appartamento in zona Bastille...ampio e confortevole. A due passi dalla fermata della metro Ledru Rollin.
Il quartiere è molto vivace e ricco di locali e negozietti. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario.
Se torniamo a Parigi sicuramente riprenoteremo qui :-).
Un consiglio ma solo per migliorare mettere a disposizione degli utenti una scopa o meglio ancora un aspirapolvere.

Nos dejaron tiradas en la calle. Atención al cliente inexistente. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto.
El primer día no pudimos llegar por la cancelación del vuelo. Avisamos con antelación, enviamos el certificado oficial e informamos de que llegaríamos al día siguiente. Aun así, cuando llegamos, el código de acceso no funcionaba. Estuvimos horas sin poder entrar, sin que nadie respondiera por Booking, WhatsApp ni correo. No recibimos ayuda de ningún tipo. Nadie llamó. Nadie se hizo responsable.
Tuvimos que buscar y pagar un hotel por nuestra cuenta esa noche. Además, ya habíamos avisado de que mi madre es diabética y necesitaba guardar su medicación en frío, pero ni siquiera ante eso obtuvimos respuesta. Una absoluta falta de humanidad y profesionalidad.
Al día siguiente, tras insistir durante horas, conseguimos acceder. El resto de la estancia fue tranquila: la cama era cómoda, dormimos bien y el barrio era agradable. Pero el baño era muy pequeño y la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y no cerraba, lo que resultaba incómodo.
Perder dos noches pagadas, quedarnos en la calle y recibir un trato tan negligente e indiferente por parte del servicio de atención es inaceptable. Pésima gestión, nula asistencia, y ni una disculpa. No volveré y no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Interessante settimana a Parigi
Posizione ottima, casa silenziosa, ben servita di tutto, mezzi di trasporto molto vicini, stazione Gare de Lyon a 10 minuti a piedi e stazione metro 8 viola Ledru-Rollin a 2 minuti; tanti locali e diversi supermercati a pochi passi. Un bel giardino con giochi per bambini proprio accanto.
Unica pecca la mancanza di un tavolo e delle sedie per poter mangiare e fare colazione vista la presenza di una cucina sarebbe ideale averli.

Appartamento in una zona molto comoda e viva
Posizione fantastica; quartiere vivo e molto vicino alla Bastille.
I letti, a nostro avviso, non comodi. La dotazione, pur comprendendo che si tratta di un appartamento per soggiorni brevi, alquanto misera. Per fare 2 esempi non era presente un tagliere e c’era a disposizione un solo bicchiere per il vino (appartamento con 4 posti letto).
La porta poi non è minimamente insonorizzata e, purtroppo, si sente tutto quello che fanno gli altri ospiti della struttura che non hanno particolare rispetto delle zone comuni rientrando tardi la sera.

Logement extrêmement satisfaisant, avec un équipement largement au-dessus de nos attentes. L'emplacement est parfait, à moins de 5 minutes du métro et 10 minutes de gare de Lyon. Je recommande pour les groupes d'amis qui veulent découvrir la capitale en arrivant en train à Gare de Lyon ou Bercy !
L'isolation phonique de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement n'est pas idéale, les entrées tardives dans le bâtiment ont réveillé les plus sensibles quelques fois. L'entrée la première fois dans le logement n'est pas évidente (code puis escalier puis code pour avoir la clé), mais ce n'est pas si dérangeant.

La struttura era in una ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana, in un quartiere “parigino” con diversi negozi e due supermercati per comprare anche qualcosa da mangiare per la cena.
L’appartamento era silenzioso, dava su un cortile interno, anche se, per la notte, io metto sempre i tappi per le orecchie nei luoghi che sono nuovi per me perché ho comunque un sonno abbastanza leggero.
L’ appartamento era molto pulito al nostro arrivo.
Tutte le stoviglie erano nuove, e noi alla sera abbiamo sempre cenato in casa con insalate, ma volendo c’erano anche le piastre per cucinare.
Anche il frigorifero era nuovo.
Ottimo asciugacapelli!
L’assistenza è stata ottima, via messaggio e anche telefonicamente, dato che mancava un tagliere e gli strofinacci per la cucina, ce li hanno portati.
Il bagno aveva lo scarico che faceva salire uno sgradevole odore di fogna ogni tanto (consiglio di portarsi un profumatore per l’aria)
Un altro elemento fastidioso era che, dal cortile interno, al mattino e verso sera, salivano odori di cucina, dato che al piano strada c’era un ristorante e quindi entrava nell’appartamento un odore di cibo non piacevole (gli ultimi due giorni la temperatura si è alzata notevolmente quindi c’era la necessità di tenere le finestre aperte e questo appunto ha creato un po’ di fastidio).
L’appartamento non ha aria condizionata, c’è solo un ventilatore: l’ultima notte infatti è cresciuta la temperatura e abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta e il sonno è stato disturbato dal caldo; nel periodo pienamente estivo a mio avviso, l’appartamento diventa molto caldo.
