Basfroi Cosy Apartment 2

The apartment was nuch bigger than I expected from the previous photos.It was pleasantly clean, and the block was very safe. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the sheets also, and the bedding was comfortable. The furniture was very tasteful, and we had great amenities.Location was also amazing. The air conditioning and tv in every room was a surprising but amazing touch, especially during hot summer days.

I like how spacious it was

The air conditioning wasn’t working and we had no sweeping brush to clean the apartment.

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It is in a gated complex and so it feels safe and secure. There are lots of restaurants in the area to choose from and public transport is close.

Unfortunately it was a lot of little things that let the property down. There were no cleaning cloths, tea-towels, cleaning products, teabags, tissues, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, liquid soap, or instructions provided (tea towels and dishwasher tabs were eventually delivered after we asked). We could not get the air-conditioners to work on the cooling setting (35 degrees outside) - only on the fan setting, and were given no practical assistance. One of the showers flooded the bathroom floor due to poor drainage and we had to use towels to mop it up. The owners were apologetic and assured us they would rectify some of these things for the next guests so maybe it was a once-off situation. They communicated well and seemed kind and genuine. We also had to walk past many large bags of laundry in the hallway each time, to get into the apartment, so it didn’t feel like a welcoming entry.

All was ok. AC was not working properly then was fixed ti a certain extend but not fully
