Apartment was excellent. Great clean space and perfect location with 3 nice bedrooms. Modern updated kitchen and bathrooms with extra towels and comfortable beds. Unit was not available until 18:00. We arrived to find the cleaner still in the unit. Oddly, She was shocked to see us and asked why we were there. Check in was supposed to be at 16:00. After flying overnight prior to check in, we really just wanted to get settled. When we had issues with the unit, there was no answer on the phone number provided by CheckMyGuest (secondary rental agency). We also emailed and had no response until the following day by bellvilla (primary rental agency linked to VRBO). The property owners have a beautiful unit but should consider a different property manager. Kitchen was very nice but dishwasher did not work, faulted out. For future renters, it would be good to have a sponge / dish towel to use to clean the dishes. Overall, we loved the place and quiet neighborhood close to the grocery, metro and great restaurants.

great spot close to the M8 metro, not far from M12 & M9. Wonderful cafes, restaurants, lounges, patisserie, small market all within very easy walking distance. Excellent base for our Paris exploration for the week
