About this apartment rental
- Apartment bordering Marais and Bastille, very trendy part of central Paris. Close to all.
- Bakery(in the same building), grossery store and coffee shop all in 1 min walk .
- 2 min to subway stations and big super markets
- Very clean, bright and quiet
- 1 queen size bed downstairs and 2nd queen size bed on the mezzanine( the mezzanine is not separated with walls= not suitable for 2 couples needing 'privacy')
- 2 flights up ( called 2nd floor in France, 3rd floor in USA) w/o lift
- 33 m2 +6 m2 mezzanine
- Free High speed fiber optic Wifi
- Well heated in winter (you can turn on the heater any time of the year).
- Good strong hot shower
- The apartment is 3 min walk to very trendy street, Rue de la Roquette, in Bastille where you find hundreds of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. Close to all the touristic attractions.
The whole apt was renovated The apartment is in central Paris. (10 min walk to very center of Paris).
Also, 10 minute walk to the biggest and most famous farmer's market in Paris:)
This is a big studio, so each sleeping areas are not seperated by walls. Ideal for 4 persons as there are 2 queen size beds.( Size of the apt is 33m2 + 6m2 mezzanine.) Can accommodate up to 5 or 6 if you wish to save money while staying in the central Paris! ( if you are 6 persons, 2 persons will sleep on the sofa bed in the living)
There are 2 sleeping areas as bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one separated form living area by a thick curtain and other one on the mezzanine. A high ceiling, skylight, open beams and three south-facing windows offers a stylish look and spacious feeling.
Kitchen, bathroom , WIFI. Cable TV, DVD and CD player,
Good clean bed linen (all cotton) and towels provided. A set of bath & wash towel per person.

- Luggage drop off possible after 11:00

We had a wonderful time. The apartment was near a metro and easy to access. There were not a lot of cafes and shops near by but we did fine and eventually found a few we liked. There was a Vide Grenier on Saturday and Sunday which was a nice surprise. Our hostess was available when we needed her. The apartment was very well fitted out with everything we needed for cooking, washing clothes, etc. It couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this place and Natsumi. I'm not able to upload photos for some reason.

We loved our stay at this little apartment! Super cute and even though it’s small it was big enough for our family of 5. Well setup with all the things you’d need for your stay. Felt very safe.We did get very very hot here and so were thankful for all the fans for sure! A great spot for your vacation for sure.

This studio apartment, located in a lively neighborhood full of shops and restaurants, worked out well for the four of us in my family. While the studio is small, it had everything we needed and the sleeping loft gave us adequate space. Natsumi is a very kind and responsive host and her communication was thorough and clear, full of helpful pointers about the neighborhood and the nearby metro stations. And the price was right! We were grateful to find this hidden gem.

This cosy apartment is located in a quieter part of Paris. It is located near two main metro lines allowing easy access to most of the city. The apartment itself is smaller but still enough room for our three teenage children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Responses were very quick, often within minutes.
