L'emplacement est top, tout est à dispo super proche 👌
Peut-être faudrait-il investir dans un ventilation primaire histoire de ne plus avoir l'odeur d'égout permanent qui provient de l'évier de la salle de bain ?! Il faut aussi penser à prendre un masque pour ma nuit si, comme moi, vous n'arrivez pas à dormir avec la lumière. En effet il y a des rideaux mais pas de volets.

Not far from the metro. Location in a Muslim district but seemed safe. Bars and bakeries nearby. Decent lounge / kitchen area. Very quiet. Good shower cabin.
Very humid, and unfortunately limited ability to ventilate due to windows structure (only the upper traverse can be opened, and only 1 side of the flat had windows). Initially very bad smell in the bathroom, but this was fixed by the hosts. Relatively small bed.
