L'emplacement est top, tout est à dispo super proche 👌
Peut-être faudrait-il investir dans un ventilation primaire histoire de ne plus avoir l'odeur d'égout permanent qui provient de l'évier de la salle de bain ?!
Il faut aussi penser à prendre un masque pour ma nuit si, comme moi, vous n'arrivez pas à dormir avec la lumière. En effet il y a des rideaux mais pas de volets.

I loved the location. It is just outside all the touristy areas so if you are looking to be immersed in a real Parisian experience, this is the place. The neighbourhood has amazing restaurants just down the street. Literally, any street. Just pick one, start walking and follow your nose to whatever enticing aroma you find.
It was quite noisy on the Friday and Saturday night. One of the neighbors was having a party into the wee hours of the morning. It was limited to only Friday and Saturday though, very quiet the rest of the week. If you are a light sleeper, something to consider. Also, the door sticks a bit. Not an issue when you get the hang of it but good to know in advance or you may think the key isn't working.

Not far from the metro. Location in a Muslim district but seemed safe. Bars and bakeries nearby. Decent lounge / kitchen area. Very quiet. Good shower cabin.
Very humid, and unfortunately limited ability to ventilate due to windows structure (only the upper traverse can be opened, and only 1 side of the flat had windows). Initially very bad smell in the bathroom, but this was fixed by the hosts. Relatively small bed.
