A modern building (by Parisian standards) - which meant the lift worked reliably, the heating functioned without issue and the rooms were spacious (again, by Parisian standards). Plus the check-in process was seamless and the property manager could not have been more helpful.

Our stay could have been perfect except for some frustrating small details.

The location was excellent. Well served by supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants cafes. Full of locals, buzzy location, but the apartment was quiet. There were 3 options for the Metro in short walking distance. The wifi worked well, great shower. The apartment was spacious, looked out on the street. There was plenty of storage cupboards. Bed was comfortable. Lighting worked well

On a macro level the apartment was really good but fell down on the detail. Aside from soap there were no toiletries for the bathroom. There were inadequate kitchen utensils and home equipment - no bread knife, salad bowl or servers, no mixing bowl, no cooking knives, one capsule for the dishwasher for a 6 night stay, no washing powder for the washing machine, no ironing board, no foldable clothes rack, no broom or dust pan, no wipers for cleaning and used scrubbers for cleaning the dishes which is unhygienic. There were no instructions on how anything worked, had to figure it out ourselves.

We liked it really a lot

Apartament was clean big enough for the family of four. Comfortable beds, excellent location, close to grocery stores and plenty of nice restaurants around 🙂

If you decide to cook something more complicated than pasta or boiled eggs - it’s going to be a bit challenging due to lack of appetite kitchen equipment

Lovely Appartment, in a good location!

Lovely spacious property, good connections with several metro points in a short walking distance! Bars and restaurants a plenty in the local area. Everything was as described.

Excellent ! I would come back

The apartment is large and comfortable. Close to the subway, supermarkets and restaurants. There were basic items available such as olive oil, coffee, salt. The owner was solicitous in all communications. The bathroom is big and the shower is excellent.

It wasn't something that hindered the stay but some basic kitchen items are missing. The bedroom fan is broken. There could be a fan in the living room because there is no air conditioning in the apartment. It wasn't very hot but we went in the spring, in the summer it can be a problem. But it didn't disturb our stay just a feedback, I would come back for sure!!

Great place for a weekend in Paris!

The property has great location and easy access to the metro line 3 and several bus stations are around the corner.

We were definitely missing a coffee machine and would have been nicely surprised if mineral water was also waiting for us :)

Pleasant stay

The apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious and clean.

It was a bit difficult pushing the luggage to where I had to pick up the key (luckily not too far). It would have been fine with 2 adults so one could wait at the property with the kids.

First of all the room door is can not Locked. So We didnt feel safe. İf you push the door you can get inside. The apartment is badly cold. We are just freeze all night long. There is very old radiator and it is not working. The bathroom door is broken and dont close. So when you are doing toilet all of your family can see you and the smell is spread all apartment. There are ants on the floor. The buildin is soo old. The bathroom sink is clogged. We have to wash our Face in the kitchen all time. İt is really Awful experiences. Never come again. Arkadaşlar ev çok eski bir binada, dairenin içi yenilenmiş ama sonra hiç bakım yapılmamış. Kapısı kitlenmiyor ittirince açılıyor bu hiç güvende hissettirmiyor. Yerler toz içinde. Karıncalar var. Banyo el lavabosu tıkalı rezillik. Elimizi mutfakta yıkıyoruz tuvaletten sonra. Tuvalet kapısı kırık. Tuvalete gidince diğer herkes şahit oluyor. Kaloriferler asla çalışmadı üç gece boyunca donduk. Asla gidilmez.

Ottima soluzione per le famiglie con bambini anche piccoli

Struttura arredata con gusto e comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sicurezza dello stabile e la zona, piena di vita e allo stesso tempo tranquilla.

Dato che la prenotazione era per 4 persone avremmo preferito trovare il divano letto già pronto per la notte, invece abbiamo faticato un po’ a trovare le lenzuola poiché riposte in un armadio a muro un po’ nascosto. Avrei inoltre lasciato almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo.

Leider enttäuschend.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden.

Die sehr guten Bewertungen kann ich leider nicht nachvollziehen. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schränke sind nicht sauber. Es lagen alte Schwämme in den Schränken. In der Spülmaschine war Schimmel. Das Badezimmer sieht auch noch nicht mehr aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Ventilator der da stand war kaputt. Dazu gingen nachts im Schlafzimmer die LED nicht komplett aus, so dass es auch nachts sehr hell im Zimmer war. Die Vorhänge dunkeln ebenfalls das Zimmer nur mittelmäßig ab. Für einen kurzen Trip ok. Aber leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Schade. Ich bin auf die wirklich guten Rezessionen reingefallen.

Wir haben unser Frühstück selbst gemacht, leider fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine.

Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten nur einen Schlüssel, da waren getrennte Unternehmungen nicht machbar, da bereits der Wohnungszugang mit Chip geöffnet werden mußte. Das Zimmer dann mit Schlüssel.

La superficie de l’appartement et sa situation géographique dans le 11 éme arrondissement quartier très sympa et animé

Une machine à café Nespresso avec des capsules et une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo serai un plus appréciable sinon tout est vraiment sympa et le Axel était parfait très disponible et à l’écoute.Nous reviendrons c’est sur.
