Quirky and great location

Good apartment with plenty of space and 2 bedrooms. Layout and decor is quirky with the TV in a bedroom not living area and a bath in the other bedroom. It's in a great location in Montmartre with a metro station nearby and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Facilities are good with a kitchenette, although the water temp was temperamental and hard to find a middle ground between scalding and cold. Pillows weren't great either. It would've been useful to have a little welcome pack with info about area, good places to eat and bins/recycling etc and to label the mail box to easily find the key safe when checking-in.

Great location; makes up for some not-so-ideal things!

Location was great. Close to two metro stations. Nice cafe across the street and Asian restaurant next door. Comfortable set up and comfortable beds. Nice main closet for luggage and clothing. Great shower. Not too loud at night.

Bathroom was very dark so hard to see getting ready. Had to move out into the foyer. Shower didn’t have a door that closes so water leaks all over teh floor. Main bedroom had a sliding door into the living area which was odd (blinds broken). Second bedroom had a tub in the actual room with an AC unit that vented through a long hose and out the patio door. Patio was very small (we never used).

pretty okay place to stay

I liked that when I had any issue, it was immediately taken care of.

it’s accessible to everything . Asked for extension to leave property at about 2pm and was approved.

it wasn’t cleaned properly. There’s small cockroaches crawling on top of the worktop . Dust is falling from the chandelier. Dirty pillowcase found on the bedside. The sofa bed is delapidated, needs changing, door knob to bathroom broken. there’s a big fly flying around. Took pictures of everything and sent to the property but we did not receive any apology. we requested for early check in and it was approved but on the day they refused and so we ended up leaving our luggage at the train station. Poor communication .

The hosts were difficult to message. I sent messages a few times and never got responses. I couldn’t get the heaters to work, so it was cold in there.

Looks great, but did not sleep

-The insides look as shown in the pictures and is beautiful. -The host was gracious and arranged for top up on items when we ran out of and allowed early check in due to availability. -Convenient location to get cabs, maybe public transport too (I didn’t use it). -Nice mattresses in the bedrooms, good size.

-Extremely hot and there was only one tiny cooler in the property, could not open the windows as it was extremely loud up until 3 am. so all 3 rooms turned into a sauna and was suffocating. -Not well stocked, ran out of toilet paper, tea/coffee etc by day 2 for a 3 day stay. -Had power outage in the middle of the night. If I couldn’t play around with myself, help would’ve only arrived in the morning. Luckily, it sorted itself. -The outsides of the apartment stinks, the stairs and the entry to the property. There’s just trash everywhere which is repulsive. I thought I had the wrong place at first. -If you have a lot of bags, I recommend not using this place as it’s an apartment in a residential block and you have to be extremely quiet, impossible with the windy stairs and bags to take up. -Sofa bed is not great. -Miscommunication- I had called and asked before booking to see if I can leave my bags & go, the man said yes, when I got to the property, they said there’s no such options. by chance I got early check in, if not, would’ve been a disaster.

It's near to a metro station, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, also not far at all from sacre coeur. The room was really clean, the beds were super comfortable. The size of the place is a huge plus, especially if you are in 4 people like us. Highly recommended.

Apartment itself was clean and as shown in the pictures.

Trying to connect with the host prior to our stay to arrange for luggage drop off was a big challenge (many emails with no response). Very loud street noise (and street light) can be heard inside the apartment making it difficult to sleep in the front (Master) bedroom.

Cette réservation a été source de stress pour nous. En effet, nos questions sont restées sans réponses malgré 3 relances

Appartement très bien placé et sécurité au top. Metro à 2 minutes ainsi qu’un parking.

Les équipements sont vieillissants et surtout, un manque total d’espace pour les vêtements. Pas d’armoire dans aucunes des 2 chambres, pas de meuble pour poser ses produits et se maquiller, lumière jaune dans la salle d’eau, impossible de se maquiller devant le miroir. Une des chambres a une cloison vitrée qui donne sur le salon, il y a des stores cassés qui ne permettent pas d’avoir une intimité, à remplacer au plus vite.

Een mooi appartement in een gezellige buurt van Parijs. 2 slaapkamers en een prima badkamer. Vlakbij de metro.

Het appartement zelf was prima, met enkele mankementen. Het zetelbed was niet zo goed om te slapen. De communicatie om info te krijgen ivm de waarborg, sleutels en bedden, liep erg stroef. Gelukkig kwam alles wel in orde.

Appartement confortable et propre, lits confortables, jacuzzi sympa. Globalement un rapport qualité prix sympa pour Paris. En bas de l'immeuble, deux brasseries, c'est pratique, et le métro Barbes Rochechouart à deux pas, donc pratique pour se déplacer.

La caution de 500 eur n'est pas une simple empreinte bancaire pour garantir la location mais une somme à payer sinon on ne répond pas à vos questions concernant les horaires ou la remise des clés (!!) , j'ai fini par téléphoner pour avoir des explications et apparemment la société asphotel qui gère ce logement fonctionne ainsi. Ce n'est pas très accueillant, je trouve, et la réactivité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Et surtout le remboursement de la caution est trop long à venir. Payée le 10 avril et remboursée sur mon compte le 22 avril alors qu'il n'y avait aucun dégât. Je trouve que c'est fort long. De plus, le gestionnaire de l'établissement réclame une copie de la carte d'identité pour s'assurer que nous sommes bien les bons clients (mais what ?). J'utilise Booking pour des tas de réservations et je suis étonnée de cette demande, qui me semble bien peu sécurisée (et quand la demande arrive, on ne peut plus annuler, c'est hors délai, donc impossible de s'y opposer). C'est limite tout ça, et crée une ambiance de défiance avec les visiteurs. A quelques jours de mon départ, je n'avais pas besoin de ce stress supplémentaire. Dans le même ordre d'idée, j'ai interrogé par SMS le gestionnaire à mon retour pour savoir si quelqu'un avait retrouvé les lunettes de soleil égarées de mon mari, pas de réponse. Pas très sympa non plus. Attention : la douche est brûlante, vraiment. Il faut faire attention en réglant car la montée en température est rapide et très élevée.

Ligging en faciliteiten perfect, maar *zeer* luidruchtig.

De locatie was perfect, vlakbij Gard du Nord en op loopafstand van diverse metro stations, kroegjes en restaurants. Het appartement zelf was zoals aangegeven op de foto's en over het algemeen prima voorzien. Het autonoom toegang verkrijgen verliep vlot.

In één van de twee slaapkamers hangt een plafondventilator die niet uitgezet kan worden. Deze is bijzonder luid, de muren trilden ervan. Hierdoor was het zeer onaangenaam om in deze kamer verblijven, laat staan te slapen. En let op, er is een verplichte borg van €500. De communicatie hierover verliep stroef (geen reacties op vragen per email, telefoon, whatsapp of booking chat) waardoor het onduidelijk was voor ons hoe we (op een veilige manier) aan deze voorwaarde konden voldoen. Dit is goed gekomen, maar iets klantgerichter zou best mogen.
