Everything is good except for the elevator and moments when you are extremely unlucky with your neighbors.

Everything is fine with the studio itself.

The building's elevator has been out of order for a month, and there seems to be no hope of repair. Considering the laundry room is located on the ground floor, it's extremely tiring to walk from the upper floors down and back several times a day. Carrying heavy bags up is equally tiring. Unfortunately, everyone in the building is a short-term tenant, so sometimes you have bad luck with your neighbors.

When I arrived the cleaning hadn’t been done. I requested and early check in and didn’t get the check in instructions until 2pm. I did get a refund from the early check in when I asked

There’s so many good things about this apartment: the location, the facilities (you have a little kitchen and a bathroom just for yourself), the washing machines and big kitchen downstairs(where you have a coffee machine and can make yourself coffee for free! It’s from real coffee so it’s really good), I loved it! The personnel is very nice and kind, they responded to every question and one time they sent a handy man very quickly when we asked for one! It’s also very easy to check in and to open all doors with codes. The room we had had a balcony and it was so beautiful and had a clasic Haussmanian Parisian vibe! There are so many shops, super-markets, bars and restaurants around. This street in Pigalle is very safe and we’ve had no safety issues whatsoever.

Basically I liked everything and that’s why I’m giving it a good grade, but I would’ve preferred not to have a rug in my room as I find it very very hard to clean and to maintain in the long run. Also I suggest to the property to unclog the sink and shower with unclogging solutions more often, as the building is old and this has to be done. And maybe I would suggest to provide some cleaning products for the tourists, to clean their bathroom during the stay, if possible.

Cozy Writer’s Hideaway in the Heart of Montmartre

This Montmartre apartment was my sanctuary for writing. Steps from poetic landmarks like the Montmartre Cemetery, Dalida’s bust, Parc de la Turlure, Heine’s residence, and the Gustave Moreau Museum (often free on select days), it offers rich inspiration. Downstairs, a street of guitar shops sets an artistic tone—painters, poets, and musicians all around. Carrefour is a 1-minute walk; for cheaper meat, Intermarché Express is close too. Saturdays, visit the local market at Marché d’Anvers. Essentials are easily found at Søstrene Grene nearby—great service and quality. The apartment has three secure locks—ideal for solo female travelers. Free washer and dryer included. Bring your own toiletries and trash bags. I loved it—safe, inspiring, and perfectly located.

Would come back any time! Price-performance ratio gets a 10/10.

The location is superb. The 9th is a fabulous area, not only beautiful but packed with great restaurants, bars and bistrots, grocery stores etc.. Although generally calm and quiet area it is located very closely to the nightlife of Paris as well. Within a 45 minute walk to most places a tourist would want to see. (Keep in mind I am a big walker though) Metro is very close by as well.

Badly isolated (which apparently is the norm in Paris). Earplugs def solved this issue though. This is a next level complaint, I know but omg what would I do for fitted sheets.

Amazing time !

The property was new and clean. You can find everything whatever you need there. Also the building has a nice communal areas like living room, kitchen, garden, laundry room and gym.

O apartamento é confortável, tem tudo pra uma estadia de longa duração. O prédio é seguro, com elevador, academia e lavanderia. Localização perfeita na linha 2 e 12 do metrô em uma distância de 150m A comunicação com a empresa é fácil

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Terceira vez que estou me hospedando e não mudarei minha opção sempre que for em Paris.

Σε κεντρικό σημείο πολύ κοντά σε μετρό πολλά εστιατόρια καφέ μαγαζιά έχει πολύ ζωή η περιοχή. Χωρίς κίνδυνο κ για μόνες γυναίκες δίπλα στο moulin rouge κ πολύ κοντά στην μονμαρτη .

Είχαμε κάποια προβλήματα με το ασανσέρ κόλλαγε στον τελευταίο όροφο που ήταν το γυμναστήριο όπως κ τα πλυντήρια είχαμε πρόβλημα να ανοίξουμε την πόρτα με το κλειδί βέβαια το προσωπικο έκανε ότι μπορούσε για την επίλυσή τους.
