Car parking is very short places only good for small cars. There are 19 steps to reach the apartment.

Öncelikle burası bir otel değil; Airbnb tarzında işletilen bir yer. Büyük bir apartmanın 3 odalı dairesinin bir odası kiralanıyor. Apartman ilk bakışta çok temiz görünmese de, dairenin içi, odalar, banyo ve tuvalet gerçekten tertemiz. İşletmeci her detayı ve konforu düşünmüş. Odada bir şişe su, çay ve kahve mevcut.
İki adet terası bulunuyor. Balkonu rüzgarsız havalarda keyif yapmak için ideal.
Oda mis gibi kokuyor; lütfen sigara içerek havasını bozmayın.
Ücretsiz internet var. Giriş ve çıkış biraz zahmetli olsa da, ücretsiz kapalı otoparkın bulunması büyük bir avantaj.
Mahallede zaman zaman eli boş gezen küçük genç gruplar olabiliyor. İlk etapta insan biraz çekinebilir, ancak zararsızlar. Bizden sigara veya para isteyen ya da bizi rahatsız eden kimse olmadı.

First of all, this is not a hotel; it’s an Airbnb-style accommodation. It’s one room of a three-bedroom apartment located in a large building. Although the building might not look very clean at first glance, the apartment itself — including the rooms, bathroom, and toilet — is spotless. The host has thought of every detail for comfort. A bottle of water, as well as tea and coffee, are provided.
There are two terraces, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying a calm, windless day.
The room smells fresh and clean — please don’t smoke inside and spoil the air.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Although the entrance and exit are not the most convenient, having free indoor parking is definitely a plus.
In the neighborhood, there are sometimes small groups of young people hanging around. It might feel a bit uneasy at first, but they’re harmless. No one asked us for cigarettes or money, and nobody bothered us in any way.
Overall, we definitely recommend this place.

Ładny apartament w nieciekawej okolicy
Na plus duży przestronny pokój z ekstra widokiem na Paryz. Osobno toaleta i łazienka, wspólną kuchnia. Do metra jakieś 700-800m. Dużym plusem byko też to, że budynek był ogrodzony, z podziemnym zamykanym parkingiem.
Okolica katastrofa, ale to w końcu Paryż. Strach wychodzic z mieszkania po zmroku. Po
zmierzchu wracaliśmy uberem, ponieważ strach było poruszać się pieszo (od metra do mieszkania). Dojazd z google maps do obiektu również trochę skomplikowany, gdyż blok znajduje się "w głębi", za innymi zabudowaniami...

Gostamos muito quando estávamos sozinhos na propriedade, o compartilhamento de qualquer cômodo da casa com estranhos não é satisfatório, mas que fique claro que o anfitrião foi muito atencioso.
Exatamente do compartilhamento da cozinha, pra mós foi uma experiência que não repetiremos mais.

Bardzo fajne położenie na 10 piętrze wieżowca - z pięknym widokiem z balkonu na dachy Paryża, dobry dojazd do dworca PARIS NORD autobusem miejskim , wygodne łóżka, stosunkowo duża powierzchnia lokalu, dobre wyposażenie kuchniniezłu - jak na warunki paryskie stosunek Jakości do Ceny, bardzo fajnie zobrazowane poszczególne etapy i droga dojścia do lokalu
Zatykająca się toaleta - musiałem dwukrotnie interweniować o pilne, awaryjne przeczyszczenie, gdyż nieodpływająca woda uniemożliwiała korzystanie, zdecydowanie zbyt mocno utrudniony dostęp do lokalu - najpierw brama zewnętrzna, potem główne wejście do budynku - wszystko otwierane poprzez system kodów - niestety "elektroniczna pineska" do otwierania była tylko dla 1 osoby

Logement agréable et confortable, très lumineux et facile d'accès, proche d'une station de métro, vue sur le stade de France.
Les explications des propriétaires étaient parfaites pour trouver le logement.
Appartement partagé avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 1 cuisine sur un même palier, les colocataires ont été très désagréables, rentrés en pleine nuit et qui faisaient du bruit comme en plein jour, pas terrible lorsqu'on voyage avec des enfants en bas âge. Gros point négatif du séjour...
