Our favorite spot in this well-appointed, tastefully-decorated apartment was the balcony with its spectacular view. As promised, the elevator to the 17th floor was quick and efficient. Maryvonne was a pleasure to deal with, and we appreciated her coming from Brittany to show us the premises in person. There were a few snafus during our 3-week stay, one being very chilly weather and no central heat, BUT Maryvonne provided two space heaters and felt so bad about the weather (not her fault!) that she had us go across the street to the "Nicolas" liquor store to pick up a bottle of fine wine she'd purchased there for us!! Now THAT's service above and beyond what's to be expected!! We hated to leave and extend a special "merci" to our hostess for trusting us to take care of both her plants and all her precious mementoes.

Maryvonne was so helpful and welcoming. The apartment is spectacular with a great view of Montmartre & Sacre-cour. The large windows open to the balcony and breezes were delightful. Sunset views different every night. Beds and bath comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a tiny dishwasher. This apartment was perfect for 3 adults. MaryVonne arranged taxi for Versailles and the airport for us. She checked in on us to make sure all was well. The apartment is tastefully decorated. It was the best Paris apartment for a 2 week stay.

This is an elegant apartment well located for visiting Paris without hordes of tourists. Convenient local transportation of all kinds. A pleasure to live here.

We enjoyed our stay, Maryvonne communicated very well and her host Christa was wonderful. Metro not to far. Gated courtyard. If older just know navigating the metro into the heart of Paris from this location may be a bit much if you have mobility issues. A Thursday/Saturday market nearby if you plan to cook. Kitchen had cooking utensils and washer but no dryer. We just hung up the clothes to dry. Overall was a pleasant stay and comfortable for our needs.

We stayed a month in Maryvonne’s apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had everything we needed- kitchen, linen etc. The metro is right at the front door and the RER is a short walk away. Great view from the 17th floor balcony and efficient lift in building. We felt very safe at all times. The area is not all touristy - we shopped and lived like locals. Maryvonne is an excellent host. When we had an issue with the wifi she responded immediately and saw that the problem was fixed. I would not hesitate in recommending her apartment for your stay in Paris!

We stayed a month and really enjoyed it. Its about an hour walk or 20 minute train ride to the central sites, which was easy and very workable given the value. The neighborhood itself is safe and near good restaurants, a grocery store, and a nice riverwalk. The place was very comfortable and felt like home. Recommended.

The apartment is exactly as listed. It is comfortable, and spacious, is very well furnished and equipped, close to all amenities, and Maryvonne is a terrific host. It is a perfect home away from home.

If you're looking for a great home base while exploring the wonders of Paris, stay here. This spacious flat is extremely well equipped, with a great view. It's two minutes from groceries, and the metro is just outside the entrance. The hostess, Maryvonne, met me when I arrived and gave me a thorough tour of the apartment, and kept in touch throughout my thirty day stay. She even arranged for taxi service back to the airport when I left. The beds are comfortable, the price is right so don't hesitate. Book now!

Just back from 4 weeks at this lovely property. Maryvonne kept in good contact throughout and met us at the flat (and spoke very good English). She phoned us while we were there to ensure we were happy. Flat had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Beds were very comfortable and balcony had great views (flat is on 17th floor with really good lifts). Very close to Metro's and supermarkets etc and was short walk to a large cinema. Easy access to centre of Paris. We had a great holiday!

I loved this apartment! In the future when I come to Paris I will return here. The apartment is as pretty as it seemed in the pictures and is very well appointed. The owners have a wonderful artistic style and have collected many nice ideas from their travels. It is all very lovely and plenty of space. Among the kitchen and household supplies, we found everything we needed for daily household activities and while cooking for the family I was especially happy with the efficiency of the gas and electric stove and the cooking pots. The internet was fast and reliable the whole time we were there.
The location on metro line 7 is super convenient to the apartment. The courtyard from the apartment forms a gated square and along this perimeter of the square there is the metro close to one of the gate entries, 2 grocery stores (Carrefour, Monoprix), several pharmacies, and 4 bakeries (six if you expand a bit from the corners!). Everything does tend to close around 10 pm, so with our jet-lagged late night schedule we had to learn to complete our shopping by then, though there is a 24 hour grocery store a block down.
We spent 3 weeks in the apartment so I will share some things about daily life, focusing especially on many of the things I will miss. One thing we worried about was the higher temperatures in July but we needn’t have worried because if you open the windows, there is a wonderful breeze through the apartment. This was especially beautiful, always bringing fresh air in the apartment and at times if you insisted in keeping all of the windows open during windy periods, the wind would pass through quite breezily, so that was fun! Finally, the apartment has large windows in every room (as well as effective shutters for the sleeping) so this is a perfect apartment if you are loving the opportunity for large amounts of natural light and gorgeous views. The apartment complex forms a squarish courtyard and I very much enjoyed looking into the courtyard for a peek into the ongoings of everyday Parisian life. From other directions, you could see beyond the courtyard into the city for the gorgeous views including Sacre Coeur, La Defense and the Cité Curial-Michelet buildings. (I'm a fan of this style of architecture so this is one reason why I first chose this location in Paris.) There are the lively but muffled sounds of a nearby elementary school during the weekdays and at a larger distance, the bells of a church and the tram are comforting city sounds.
