Gare du Nord & Canal St-Martin

Beautiful, well maintained property with excellent attention to details. There are cooking facilities and a washing machine. The owners were very responsive and especially kind when my elderly mother-in-law arrived early.

The walk from Gare du Nord to the apartment when we arrived late at night shocked us to the homelessness in Paris. However, the neighborhood on the other side of the apartment is lovely.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment during my visit to Paris. The overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Location: The apartment is in a great location, close to metro station of Stalingrad and Louis Blanc within easy reach of major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and local cafes. The neighborhood felt safe. Apartment: The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were available, including Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, and heating. At request they provide the Fan as well. Pros: • Excellent location • Clean and cozy space • Easy check-in

It was very convenient to train stations and shops.

The place needs a good thorough clean. The bed sheet had holes in it and was clearly very old. The noise on the stairs from neighbours coming and going. There is a lot of clutter on the table and the shelf in the kitchen - old decor items which shows the place hasn’t been updated for a long time.
