I had a wonderful stay at this apartment during my visit to Paris. The overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant.
Location:
The apartment is in a great location, close to metro station of Stalingrad and Louis Blanc within easy reach of major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and local cafes. The neighborhood felt safe.
Apartment:
The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and all essential amenities were available, including Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, and heating. At request they provide the Fan as well.

It was very convenient to train stations and shops.
The place needs a good thorough clean. The bed sheet had holes in it and was clearly very old. The noise on the stairs from neighbours coming and going. There is a lot of clutter on the table and the shelf in the kitchen - old decor items which shows the place hasn’t been updated for a long time.
