Very impressed with the apartment, would definitely book again

When the sofa bed ( very good quality) is out , it is not possible to get to the kitchen. I don’t quite know how to solve that , probably a lot of the time the sofa bed is not in use .

Pleasant

Location is close to the city center. Even can go by walk (~3.5km). Parking lot in the garage.

I would definitely not recommend to stay here with kids. In dark time going out looks like a challenge, there are many ugly people around. As I've known later, there is a methadone support center not so far, maybe this is the reason. I came a little bit early and wanted to park my car, unfortunately I was not able to get instructions/help from the owner till evening, although the place was not occupied. A little bit dissapointing. Also the building is still under construction, and flat is a bit unkempt, locker on one of the toilets was broken, door to one of the rooms was broken. PS During a day location does not look so bad, there is a ground school in the neighbor house, indian temple in the other. PPS Be careful with elevator, we got stucked when leaving.

The apartment is heated with air-condition panels. It was cold. The panels make noise and never heated sufficiently the apartment. For the price we paid this was unacceptable.

Квартира простора і є достатньо місця для проведення часу в спільному просторі. Багато тарілок, це зручно, коли велика компанія. Наявність плити, духовки, пральної машини та посудомийної машини полегшують перебування.

Ми зупинялись тут на новий рік і було дуже холодно. В квартирі нема центрального опалення і обігрівання кімнат виконується лише за допомогою кондиціонерів, це займає певний час, щоб обігріти приміщення. Було б добре, щоб в каартирі окрім вентиляторів були також або електричні батареї або дуйки теплого повітря. Через великі вікна холод швидше проникає в приміщення, а також погіршується звукоізоляція з вулиці. Квартирі необхідний косметичний ремонт — в багатьох місцях вона має не дуже презентабельний вигляд (облазить фарба на стінах чи є тріщини/вмятини). В квартирі дійсно немає білої перегородки, яка є на фото, але загалом це не повпливало на наш досвід. Я вважаю, що господарі могли б залишати для відвідувачів певну кількість капсул для прання та для посудомийної машини. Також я не дуже задоволена реєстрацією в помешкання через окремий сервіс і потребу в додатковому депозиті – все має вирішуватись через букінг, а не через сторонні сервіси з іншими правилами, про які дізнаєшся лише після бронювання

Es gab nicht genug Stühle für die gebuchten Leute, Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt , diese Mängel wurden dem Team mehrfach gemeldet und es wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen und dadurch konnten wir keine Lebensmittel einkaufen und das mit drei Kindern, es würde Wiedergutmachung angeboten und bis jetzt nicht gemacht.

Würden es beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Paris nicht mehr buchen.

Die Betten in der Unterkunft waren bequem. Nur das Schlafsofa war defekt, hatte kleine Schlafqualität.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig der Fußboden war dreckig der Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert (Fehler F1). In den duschen war zwar eine neue Silikonkante gezogen, aber dahinter war alles stimmig. Bilder der Internetseite passen nicht über ein. Die Fenster wurden schon Monate lang nicht geputzt. Im Eingangsbereich roch es eigenartig. Das Sofa was als Schlafsofa funktionierte, war auch nicht in Ordnung. Keine Schlafqualität. Im Wohnungseingang Bereich hat ständig der Notausgang Gäbler somit auch kein angenehme schlafen. Die Abluft vom Badezimmer Richtung Küche war verschimmelt dreckig.
