do not book without clear guarantees that they will fix things. you are alone, with no support and no interent in smelly

it is big and has nice silence during day and night.

wi fi doesn’t work, and the property people did not mind to fix it in 5 days. very unprofessional communication and making you crazy - “did you restart your rooter?”, “is it working today - question on day 3”. Also, it could be cleaned better. There is bathroom smell like a hell.

Fantastic

Fantastic! Large, quiet, comfortable, stylish space in a great neighbourhood. Loads of restaurants, cafes, cheap eats around and close to the metro. Easily accommodated 8 people and a baby. Ignore earlier reviews about the lack of seating in the lounge- there is now lots of comfortable seating. Definitely recommend this place! Deserves a much higher rating.

The parking is very difficult if you have more than one car. It is impossible to find parking on the street. The garage space is very tight but ok for a small car.

Beautiful hip place in paris

The house is nice and clean. Spacious. Gardenplace near which was beautiful. Nice neighbourhood and supermarket nearby.

One toiletflush fell off all the time. The door didn’t close. There could’ve been more soap or towels.

Grossräumige Wohnung, ideal für Familien und Gruppen bis 10 Personen, zentral gelegen und ruhig.

Für eine Gruppe von bis zu 10 Personen war die Unterkunft gross genug und bot durch die 4 separaten Zimmer genügend Freiraum. Die Küche war gut ausgerüstet und die Geräte einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft bot die nötigen 2 Badezimmer und 2 Toiletten. Die Umgebung war ruhig mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Die Metro und der Bus waren in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder mieten.

Beim Betreten der Unterkunft war die Heizung nicht aufgedreht, es war sehr kalt. Wir haben sofort geheizt und am nächsten Morgen war es merklich wärmer. Leider hat sich meine Tochter am Abend bereits leicht erkältet, da in der Ferien-Euphorie sie es zu spät realisierte, dass es in der Wohnung sehr kalt war. Im Verlaufe der Woche ging es ihr dann besser. Wenn die Vormieter in den kälteren Monaten die Heizung nicht adjüstieren, dann sollte der Vermieter kurz vor Mietbeginn kontrollieren, ob die Temperatur stimmt.

De loft is bijzonder groot met genoeg bedden en er is aan alles gedacht zoals strijkijzer, fohn, stoomapparaat, koffiezetter met cups etc. En alles was goed schoon.
