Artist and Design Loft - 10 Guests - 5 Min From Metro

The actual property is really nice and spacious, really clean and perfect if you come in a bigger group. I’d say the location is quite nice there are cafes and bakeries and people at the pub until late at night so it gives a really nice vibe and there are lots to do. Also the metro was close so you got anywhere really fast.

Only complaint is the owner doesn’t speak english and it was hard to contact in the first day, also if you come by car there is a big sign in the private parking lot saying there are burglars coming regularly so make sure you have nothing of value in the car but I’d say this is Paris’s fault and not the actual accommodation.

Goed gelegen.

The property was excellent for 2 families staying together. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable as were the 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. The kitchen was well appointed and had basic ingredients for cooking and coffee pods/ tea etc. The living / dining room was very large and comfortable for 7 people. We found the local area had great cafes and amenities, perfect for eating / drinking out locally and taking food home to prepare. Close enough to all the action of inner Paris. The host was very helpful and sent all the information and was readily available if needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were staying during the heatwave and although the apartment had excellent windows and 4 fans, it was very warm at times.
