Fully equipped accommodation in a quiet neighborhood

It has everything you need, washing and drying machines for clothes, dishwasher, fridge, smart tvs, etc. Very good for families, fantastic neighborhood, close to the metro station and gare du lyon.

The only inconvenience is to climb 5 floors every day after walking ... but you get use to

This is an old building with no lifts. Although we don’t have issues with it, it may pose problem for others who don’t like lugging their luggage up the stairs

Would definitely recommend

I traveled with my family, including two children under five. It was very easy to find, and we even took the train from the airport to the apartment without any issues. The host was always very responsive to my questions, and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. Our apartment was on the first floor, which was wonderful because we had a stroller and luggage, so the stairs were not a problem.

My only complaint was that the street was under construction, which made it harder to get through, especially with the luggage and stroller. But that wasn’t the host’s fault since they have no control over that.

Comfortable apartment in a nice location

The apartment is clean and comfortable, has two bathrooms and all the necessary equipment in the kitchenette. The location is wonderful, in a nice and safe neighbourhood, just a few minutes away from metro and train stations which offer fast connection to the city centre. We would happily return.

Great stay near Paris!

The apartment we stayed was great for 6 people. Close to both the metro and the RER station, you can get anywhere within 30 minutes. The house was clean, well equipped and has a great view.

Good location, not for older people, pay too much to take your own trash out and struggle to figure out appliances with

Location is good

Construction in front of the building so no sidewalk available and ground is uneven for older people or luggage. I killed a very large spider half the size of my hand palm, sink drain clogged and bugs fly out. Apartment on 5th floor if you are older. Couches are old and pealing material, toilet seat doesn’t fit, stove & oven as well as washer/dryer lack fully usable instructional information. Cooking is not convenient and laundry may not dry fully as our didn’t after multiple starts with incomplete instructions. After the stay they ask you to take trash down 5 flights of stairs with your luggage when leaving. Pretty rough stay. Managing attendant will manage and attend but is bothered.

Great apartment, easy, clean and beautiful area!

This was a practical and clean apartment. The Vincennes area is so lovely and the apartment was a 4 minute walk to the tube station in a straight line! The host was very good, we needed some supplies and he delivered them quickly and it was a Sunday, it was very clean and a great big shower. Such a lovely view to of the Avenue. Highly recommend if you need a great base and fantastic value for money.

It would have been nice to have had some tea, there was coffee but we drink tea.

Property was clean, had everything required for family accommodation ie; self contained.

Wasn’t keen on the stairs with the luggage for 7 people however not the property’s fault, we should travel lighter.

Location is very good , easy to communicate both to Paris centre and Disney land. Metro and RER lines are at walking distance. Easy to buy groceries if needed from the nearby shops.

No major issues , only that bedroom are little smaller. Not enough space for opening luggage.

Quality and comfort, with a minor access note

The apartment met our expectations. It has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes and still looks almost brand new. The only detail to consider is that, although it’s on the first floor, it requires climbing 36 steps, which wasn’t ideal for us at over 70 years old. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay there again, as the host was excellent.

Modern and spacious place. Very nice location and the men who managed the place is very kind. The price is high for the location.

The sofá cama is uncomfortable, the mattress is so soft. Take a look to ants in the bathroom. Put some good knife and spatula in the kitchen please.

Good deal, description was true. Quieter and cleaner neighborhood, good access to metro, shops and bakery. Some restaurants, pizza and kebab nearby. Two bathrooms with toilets, which is necessary for a larger group.

One bed creaked a bit, there was one large blanket for the double bed = pulled over :-).

Our experience was great and would definitely consider it for our future Paris trip.

I liked the host as he was responsive to our questions over emails and gave us clear instructions and helpful information to optimize our stay. There were other people who manage the building itself and they were very helpful and kind. It was pleasant to know they were around in case we needed anything. The cleaning lady did an amazing and thorough job (it was as good as a 5-star hotel). The location is close to couple of metro lines which was helpful in our commute to the city.

There were 4 bathrooms in total. 3 bathrooms include showers and sinks but only 1 bathroom includes a toilet. This was a bit of a challenge as were a big family sharing 1 toilet (but we made it work). It would have been nice if the building had an elevator as it makes life easier but this information we already knew beforehand so we weren't shocked by it. On the contrary, the people who live in the building helped us carry our luggage to our apartment (very thankful to them).

Easy access to Metro - Berault and RER - Vincennes. There is Franprix and Monoprix supermarkets nearby for essentials (Milk, Cereals, Croissants and snacks) There were 2 sofa beds and a bedroom, so sleeps 6. Spacious enough for us. The host stored my luggage on the last day after checkout.

The bedroom floor was uneven and bedroom was a bit smelly.

It was roomy, and it was clean and modern.

Honestly. The outside seems kinda sketchy but don’t let that fool you. It is a great place. It is within 3min walking from the M1 train which literally takes you to all the touristic places. And since is in Vincennes, when you take the train there ain’t that many people at the beginning. People start piling up as you get closer but by then you are perfectly seated and chilling. The place has enough showers and toilets, it is great. Also an awesome washer and dryer. Very convenient. Since it is close to a busy street, you can easily go down and you have 2 supermarkets within 2min walk which you can get all you need. I would definitely stay here again. Only and only downside. Is on the second floor, and it doesn’t have an elevator. Small inconvenience but nothing that bothered me

A clean and modern apartment for our short stay.

It has everything we needed for our short stay in Paris. It was clean and modern inside.

The spiral staircase to get up to the apartment was difficult with heavy suitcases and no lift available. The hot water didn’t last for 5 quick showers for our family each night.

Great place to stay with your family

The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have two bathrooms! It’s located very close to the Metro station and there are stores around that make it very convenient.

Excellent location, reasonably spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped and very clean.

Finishes and fixtures were not in great condition - there were unpainted drywall patches on walls and the bathroom heater was broken (permanently on). Beds are unmade upon arrival - bedding is provided but you have to put the duvet covers and pillowcases on yourself.

A comfortable place to spend a few days in Paris

The appartment was quite spacious and was fully equipped with elecrical appliances to support a family with young children. There were 2 television sets, one in each room. The appartment was clean. The building was on the main street, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the metro stations which allowed fast access all over Paris and Disneyland. Vincennes is a nice suburb of Paris you can walk and enjoy the Vincennes castle and the park

Bed linen and towels that are offered to the guests should preferably be white and not dark-coloured. Some detergent tablets for the dishwasher could be provided (capsules for the laundry were provided though). The corridors and stairs in the building could be cleaner

Comfortable enough, especially if you are not very fat :)

Convenient location. Near the metro, city train, Ancient Fortress, shops that are open until 23.30! Convenient key acquisition system. Comfortable kitchen with everything you need. We were in touch with the staff and received all instructions in advance. We also asked for towels and it was done on the same day.

It was very funny to imagine my husband getting stuck in a narrow corridor on the way to the toilet. He would look like Winnie the Pooh in the cartoon :)

Good stay

The three bedroom apartment is very spacious. We were a group of 5 adults and three kids and there was enough space for all of us. It is very close to RER A and metro line 1 which makes it very convenient. It is in a busy avenue so we have access to all sorts of supermarkets and restaurants but at the same time since it is in a back of a building there is no noise from the street. Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer.

The worst was the noise from the neighbors (upstairs/next door?). I believe they were also a big family with many kids and the noise even at midnight was a bit too much. Also in the apartment a few things that need to be fixed: one of the bathrooms door is broken and if you close it from the inside it cannot be open (only from the outside), the TV in the leaving room was not working properly; And coffee machine could be of better quality.

The subway station is close to the property. The host gave good instructions for the self check-in process.

The shower drain was clogged when we got there and had to take out lots of nasty hairs. Other than that, the place was great.
