It has everything you need, washing and drying machines for clothes, dishwasher, fridge, smart tvs, etc. Very good for families, fantastic neighborhood, close to the metro station and gare du lyon.
The only inconvenience is to climb 5 floors every day after walking ... but you get use to

Real photo, great location - near to metro station - line 1, shops, pharmacies, etc. Everything what you need in the kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds. Very good contact with host.

Excellent location, about 200 m to metro station
This is an old building with no lifts. Although we don’t have issues with it, it may pose problem for others who don’t like lugging their luggage up the stairs

Location is good
Construction in front of the building so no sidewalk available and ground is uneven for older people or luggage. I killed a very large spider half the size of my hand palm, sink drain clogged and bugs fly out. Apartment on 5th floor if you are older. Couches are old and pealing material, toilet seat doesn’t fit, stove & oven as well as washer/dryer lack fully usable instructional information. Cooking is not convenient and laundry may not dry fully as our didn’t after multiple starts with incomplete instructions. After the stay they ask you to take trash down 5 flights of stairs with your luggage when leaving. Pretty rough stay. Managing attendant will manage and attend but is bothered.
