Will not book here again.

Location.

Wasn’t clean. We were told we couldn’t check in early because they were cleaning, yet the floor and bathroom was dirty. 4 towels given no wash cloths. The combo washer and dryer would not dry. The kitchen backsplash was dirty with old splatter grease.

Some minor issues, but would honestly come back gladly!

Very close to metro line 1 (4 min walk) and line 6 is also only a 6 minute walk. Everything was clean and, while things took a bit of time to figure out, everything worked. There were a lot of utensils for cooking which was very helpful and I managed to make meals nicely. Also there was a lottt of space for storage thanks to the huge shelf covering one of the walls. The area was also very nice, there were multiple bakeries and even a restaurant just 2 minutes away (I didn’t go there, but if I wanted a meal I could’ve). Everything also seemed very safe! There are 3 codes you have to know and the apartment is in an inner courtyard that was beautiful even in February (so much greenery) so there was no noise from the streets.

The fridge perhaps was a bit too cold, the tomato sauce and onion I had bought on the first day were completely frozen when I took them out on my second to last day. Biggest minus was the bathroom sink being broken from the top, it still worked but it was wobbly and you could literally see the way water ran in the sink because there was no top cover for it (the picture will explain better). But that was honestly all and even the sink wasn’t a huge bother since there was also a working kitchen one and the overall apartment was very nice.

A great mid-length stay option for two

Good location and neighborhood, very close to the Metro and a decent grocery store. Clean, secure, and responsive/helpful host.

Ceiling was a bit dirty and the drying rack seemed broken or wouldn’t turn on. Bedside lamp was missing a lightbulb.

Overall, the place is very nice and i will recommend it!

Location is near the metro station.The building is very secure and there are three lock codes to access inside which makes it secure. The place is very relaxing and comfy.

There is no lift. If you have bug luggage you have to use the stairs. There are no staff although they will email you the instructions to access the building and the room. The road looks sketchy buy it’s relatively safe.

Great little apartment, close to transport.

Good facilities. Was on a good metro line so easy to access areas.

Would be good to include information about how to operate washer/dryer. Was some dust under furniture. With 3 staying, and folding out bed meant we had to move some furniture - was hard to fit everything. We were happy there but squashy for 3 with sofa bed out and luggage etc. Shower did not drain well. Instructions from metro stop could have been better - maybe a video?

Nice studio but beware of bed bugs

The studio is located close to St Vincennes Métro Station. IIt is well decorated and has a fridge, microwave and cooker if you want to cook something. Shower is very good. The room is a little small but manageable for a couple or small family.

The shower drain was clogged and the bathroom was flooded. After a couple of phone calls the issue was fixed the next day. It is also dusty in some places and worst of all beware of bed bugs. We had a bad experience with bed bug bites.

Property is fine, location if important not the best

The room is neat and with all necessary for a comfortable stay. We stayed 3 nights but it equipped with everything even for longer stays.

For hotter weather the ventilator wasn’t sufficiently powerful. Safe didn’t open, so we couldn’t use it. At arrival I couldn’t open the door my mistake simply didn’t read the last email and had only 2 codes instead of 3. The problem was that when I tried to contact the property the numbers they provided didnt answer. In the end I managed to leave a voice message , and after around 30 minutes arrived sms asking me to text them. No live contact was quite stressful for me, did not seem very helpful

Great place to stay for solo woman traveller

Very safe and the room was very homely and inviting. Property goes above and beyond to make your stay extra comfortable.

Great location, great property, great communication

Great location, compact but had everything we needed. Including fan provided for a heat wave.

Not really a big minus, but we stayed for nearly a week and wished we had a brush, extra bin bags and a more toilet paper.

noisy stressful

Location was great, 200~300 meters from the train station. Wifi network worked with no problems. There was a basic refrigerator and washing machine, so storing food was quite easy.

Dirty room, shower and bed not clean. The neighbor upstairs were constantly walking around, noisy, so it ended up becoming a streesful stay.

Convenient, reliable, clean, comfortable

I've stayed here several times in various apartments and always find them clean, comfortable and fairly well-equipped. The location is convenient, not far from a few metro stations, though there is not much around in terms of tourism.

There's no coffee provided, though there is a nespresso-style machine. I always arrive in the evening and it's so annoying to have to stop at a supermarket for coffee.

Filthy room.

The location was the only good thing.

Oh boy where should I start. The space was tiny, definitely not suited for 3 persons. It is very complicated to enter the suite, you have to enter 3 different codes. As we got in the suite, we realised that it was definitely not what we saw in the pictures. Rust everywhere, even mold. The bathroom door does not work properly, it does not close. The shower was also filthy, rusty and didn’t work properly: the water pressure was low and it didn’t drain properly. The toilet was not cleaned in ages (you could see at the bottom of the bowl). Public toilets in Paris were generally cleaner than the one in our suite. The cutlery and the dishes were also filthy and dusty. The kettle smelled sour almost. Just disgusting. And off to the worst part: the bedsheets. We found multiple strands of hair, multiple stains and worst of all blood stains. When contacted, the property assured us someone would come and clean our room. We waited for four hours and nobody showed up; weird seeing as we were told somebody would come in 30 min maximum. We had to change the bedsheets ourselves with something we borrowed from our friends. Anyways please please please read the reviews and this one especially before buying, because even if you don’t want to stay there any longer, you will not be able to get a refund. No matter how filthy and disgusting your room is.

Location (several metro stations are nearby). Clear instructions to enter the apartment. Kitchen with equipment. The owner always reacted on the requests and tried to solve the problems.

The apartment was not ready to the arrival time, it was dirty even after the cleaning, no toilet paper. The apartment is crowd. The apartment is on the ground floor and have a glass door to the yard without tulle curtains. To open the shutters you need to completely open the door (not convenient especially in winter). The sofa for the 3rd person was too short (for lilliputes). Bathroom with the window without curtains. The bathroom have bad isolation from the room (the door hanging loose). Very bad WiFi.

Everything was wonderful) but if you are determined to see the sights, then you should choose another area, because it is 17 km from here to the Tower. if you are on work and you need a nice clean accommodation then this will suit you.

Convenient to Metro

The location to the Metro was convenient.

The email with the required access numbers came too late for me, because I had been touring for a week and using my hotels' wifi. I needed email access to get the info and I was stuck. Luckily a stranger helped me with access and I was able to check in. Second issue was bathroom layout - I am over 6' (1,90) and almost could not use the toilet. Thirdly, a minor point, the dishes were not clean.

Not a great place and too small and the furniture was not clean.

It was walking to the metro which was a plus

the building was not clean and it looked like no one was there. It was hard to get property key information since everything was with code and there was no one to ask. I had to stop another person in order to call management office in French. It was hard and I couldn't use the washer since I didn't have the app on my phone with the info.

I want to say just a sentence, if I go to the Paris again, I will never choose this place.

The staff was terrible, we had a problem in the bathroom, but they didn't answer my calls. Also one of the towels was dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Very good, could be excellent with more attention to minor details.

Very good property, that could be excellent with just a few minor changes and attention to details. The location is superb. There are many shops, bakeries and cafes in the area - it’s nice and calm and not too far from the city. The metro is nearby, and there’s bus stops less than 5 minutes away from the property. I would definitely recommend for solo travelers, very quaint and filled with all the amenities you would need.

There were no cloths to clean up wet messes in the surrounding areas: Kitchen, Bathroom sink. Did get a little noisy with other neighbors in the accommodation, soundproofing could be improved. Old cow rug was left in the washing machine.
