Résidence Voûte

The apartments are nicely designed and generally clean, with fresh bed linen and towels. There is everything you need for cooking, Wi-Fi, hot water, and a washing machine that worked perfectly. The bed is large and comfortable, and there is also a sofa bed. The location is very convenient, with two metro stations nearby, as well as RER and tram connections. Grocery stores and bakeries are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet, with no busy roads nearby, and we barely heard the neighbours. Self-check-in is simple and convenient, and the apartments offer good value for money for Paris.

There is a noticeable smell of dampness or cleaning products when you first enter the apartment, although it becomes less noticeable after airing it out. The bathroom tap leaks, and the floor gets completely wet every time you take a shower. It would be great if these issues could be addressed and cleaning products with a more neutral, pleasant scent could be used. Please also note that there is no lift and the staircase is spiral-shaped, which can make carrying heavy luggage difficult.

Each unit includes everything you need for a stay in Paris: washing machine, ironing board, hot plates, fridge… for a price equivalent to a basic hotel room. Also well located.

Good location.

I liked the location, great for transport and local shops and eateries within a 10-15min walk. This was a self service property, door codes and instructions were sent on time and were easy to understand. I like the style of the apartment building and the decor in the room. The kitchenette had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine which was quite handy.

We went in the August month where the weather was very hot. Our room was very hot and stuffy and the fan provided did not help the issue, an air conditioning unit is much needed at these times. Because we were unable to keep ourselves cool we had the window open but resulted in mosquitoes coming in during the day and night biting us. Apartment was very compact not enough space for a family of 3 to sit and eat. Bathroom was very small and toilet was squashed in the corner, not much room to sit on it properly. Underneath the sink unit was dirt and old soap bar from previous guest.
