Worthwhile👌

The studio's location is really strategic. Getting around was easy both with the bus and metro; the metro station is a few minutes' walk to the studio. There are supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance, and a street market with fresh produce just by the metro station. It's a very good and quiet neighbourhood. We had no worries whatsoever.

Peaceful stay

It was on the ground floor and peaceful. There were separate rooms for toilet and shower and kitchen was well equipped. Biggest plus was washing machine. Line 2 metro station is very close,safe at night.

It's insufficient space for a 4 person family. Doorway was unclean due to water from the garden.Heater in bathroom was broken,so it was very hot inside.Need to fix that.We messaged you but no response.line 2 metro closes early and we have to use line 9 from which walking distance is more.

1. 浴室跟廚房洗手台排水很差，尤其是浴室，排水孔的水無法來得及排蓮蓬頭的出水，所以腳整個會浸在髒水裡洗澡，甚至會流到外面。2.整潔蠻差的，床底都是灰塵，床頭小桌也是，就連椅子上也充滿腳印。3. 進屋子的走道與其他住戶共用，門口在小院子裡，

Comoda la posizione ma la casa è insalubre

La posizione vicino alla metro, la presenza di servizi proprio sotto casa ma la tranquillità di una vietta secondaria molto silenziosa.

La casa era troppo umida nonostante sia ben riscaldata, per togliere l'odore di muffa dai vestiti li ho dovuti lavare due volte. Credo sia molto insano, abbiamo provato ad arieggiare ma c'è una sola finestra ed è difficile il ricircolo dell'aria.

Carino, ma...

La dimensione dell' appartamento in cui ho alloggiato da sola e la sistemazione accogliente.La collocazione in un quartiere non prettamente turistico, con molti servizi ( metrò, negozi, mercato, farmacia ). Il silenzio.

L' affaccio dell' unica finestra su un nella cortiletto interno un po' squallido ( bidoni della spazzatura, rastrelliera per biciclette) e un inconveniente notturno inquietante infiltrazioni d' acqua dal controsoffitto vicino a faretti e sul piano cottura con sgocciolamento e accumulo d' acqua sul pavimento. Penso sia stato un problema strutturale e non occasionale che mi ha creato una certa ansia.

Piccolo ma completo e silenzioso

Appartamento al piano terra con accesso diretto dalla corte interna del palazzo. Dotato di tutti i comfort (cucina completa, lavatrice, ...). Zona estremamente silenziosa, anche con la finestra spalancata non si sente assolutamente il traffico. A pochi passi dalla metro.

Un po' piccola la camera/soggiorno: se si è in 4 e si aprono entrambi i letti, utilizzare il tavolo con le sedie risulta scomodo. Tutti i vicini del palazzo che abbiamo incontrato sono stati estremamente cortesi e disponibili, eccetto per la vicina di appartamento (con la finestra che da sulla stessa corte interna da cui si accede all'appartamento), che evidentemente detesta i turisti.
