Very well placed, very well equipped and quiet, clean sheets, towels, bath and kitchen. We loved the area, the cafes, restaurants and bars in the area and Père Lachaise is 3 minutes walking distance. I didn’t need anything from the hosts, all equipment worked just fine. Beds were okish, did’t bother us for few nights:
Though we couldn’t see mold, the dampness smell was a very big problem. We don’t have asthma and still woke up with stuffy noses and sore throats. Do we decided to keep the window wide open day and night. The smell is present from the entrance in the building. The floor in the room was not very clean. Another inconvenient was that the nice courtyard (was one of the reasons I took this place) had no table or chairs, it was rather used for the garbage bins and some construction materials.

Alles neu eingerichtet nichts hat gefehlt. Alles, was man braucht war da

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie. De 20e wijk heeft soms een slechte naam, maar het appartement is veilig te bereiken en winkels op korte afstand, waaronder een bakker en een supermarkt. Metro 2 is op korte afstand en zorgt voor een goede verbinding met het centrum. Verder is het appartement niet supergroot, maar het voldoet voor een paar dagen Parijs.
De slaapbank is niet echt comfortabel voor het slapen.

Nice , clean apartment in calm living area. Easy to reach, metro and supermarkets are very near.
Well equipped with all necessary things.
Beds are not really comfortable, but also not bad. Maybe kitchen towel would be useful.
