Never stayed there - be cautious

Could not stay here as nobody responded to my request for checkin information. Turned up at location, told that our booking was an Airbnb and without checkin information reception could not let me into room. After ringing the properties contact number twice, multiple texts and several emails I had to cancel the booking (find alternate accommodation) and I have asked for a full refund. Still no response.

Lack of response to communication via text, email, and phone messages using booking. Com preferred authorised communication tools in the app

Quiet location

Details and directions were not received on time. Owner had to be called multiple times before picking up. Dirty mattresses and sheets. Shower is filthy with mold.

We a had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with spacious rooms. The communication with the host was easy and very helpful. The nearby metro station, bakeries and supermarket made getting around and daily errands a breeze. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful park nearby and charming cafes. Highly recommended!

Everything the hose Pasquale was great he met us at the building and even offered to store our luggage since we had a late train there is lots of restaurants and supermarket and two metro stations nearby would stay there again.

Good basic base for exploring Paris

Good setup. provided basic for everything. Shower was decent. I liked that it included parking and close to metro station and everything else you might need locally

The area is a little ropey later in the afternoon. Takes an hour on metro to get to Eiffel Tower fyi Although the park nearby is fantastic and lots of places to buy groceries including a vegan firinedly shop. Some dishes weren’t clean in the cupboards - might be worth checking Parking info could be better like including photos to clarify Also couldn’t get oven to work as the power outlet was broken

La porta per Paris

Struttura situata in quartiere residenziale in strada pedonale, di fronte ad un istituto comprensivo (materna/elementare) dove i bambini giocano per strada, le persone corrono nel parco. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano dell'edificio Adagio (Adagio aparthotel), all'ingresso c'è la reception ma di fatto il proprietario fornisce di tutti i codici per accedere in autonomia. La zona è molto tranquilla, ben servita dalla metro (a 5 min a piedi) o da bus. Supermercati, ristoranti, bar, tutto comodo a piedi. Vicino si trova il bel parco "des Butters Chaumont", molto bello per una piacevole passeggiata. L'appartamento è studiato in modo da rendere tutto molto pratico e confortevole: cucina piccolina ma ben attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, microonde) che affaccia sulla sala con angolo per mangiare, divano. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole, il bagno dotato di doccia e vasca. Terrazzino che affaccia sulla via. Riscaldamento autonomo, lavatrice, wifi presente. Perfetta la pulizia. Per chi arrivasse in auto c'è la possibilità di accedere al posto auto (compreso nell'appartamento). Pascal, il gestore, fornisce tutte le informazioni utili per i vari accessi in modo molto chiaro.

Goed voor de prijs, maar niet erg hygiënisch

De locatie was ideaal: autovrije straat, bakker en supermarkt op de hoek, mooi park en 2 metrostations vlakbij. Je bent met de metro heel snel in het centrum. Het appartement was qua indeling klein maar gezellig, perfect voor 3. Parkeerplaats voorzien in de ondergrondse garage. Terrasje dat uitkijkt op de straat/school aan de overkant.

Het appartement heeft dringend een zeer grondige poetsbeurt nodig. Er was stof overal: op elke lampenkap, bovenop elke deurstijl, zelfs op de muren van de slaapkamer en de badkamer. Dat is stof van jaren, niet van een paar maanden. Er zijn vlekken op de tapis plain, op de (slaap)zetel en op de gordijnen. Het toilet ruikt niet fris en de douchekop zat vol kalkaanslag. Er is geen dampkap boven het kookvuur.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionale per una vacanza con la famiglia, dotato di ogni comodità (cucina, stoviglie, lavatrice, balcone, ecc.). Posizione strategica per visitare Parigi utilizzando le varie fermate nelle vicinanze di metro e autobus. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti anche panificio, supermarket e qualche locale. Consigliato.

La pulizia dell'appartamento è da migliorare.

No és el que sembla.

La situació de l’allotjament és el millor sens dubte.

Els llits molt incòmodes i sorollossos. La tv no va funcionar en cap moment i no ens van respondre el telèfon per poder solucionar-ho. Quan vam arribar feia una pudor a tabac que tirava enrere. No hi ha aire condicionat.

Correct mais peut mieux faire !

L emplacement était bien calme car donne sur une rue interdite aux voitures et le parking est très apprécié. Le lit était confortable. L appartement est bien équipé.

Il lui faudrait un bon coup de peinture histoire de faire un peu de renouveau ! Surtout la salle de bain. Et un bon coup de ménage de fond en comble ne serait ps du luxe.

Läget är fantastiskt. En levande miljö där du har tillgång till allt såsom bageri, café, supermarket och restauranger. Dessutom ligger boendet ett stenkast ifrån den fantastiska parken ”Parc des Buttes-Chaumont”

Allt var som förväntat men bäddsoffan var något obekväm för två vuxna.

Spettacolare

Premesso che noi, viaggiando in 4, cerchiamo sempre qualche soluzione che ci faccia risparmiare senza perdere troppo in comodità, per cui questo appartamento è l’ideale! Vicino a molte stazioni della metropolitana (le più vicine sono Botzaris sulla 7b e Jourdain sulla 11) e dei bus, ti permette di girare per la città in pochi minuti. Sotto lo stabile c’è il supermercato Auchan e una panetteria strepitosa! Inoltre ci sono molti ristoranti e pub. La casa ha tutto! Cucina attrezzata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, per cui si può risparmiare sulla colazione e sulla cena se si vuole. L’appartamento di notte è molto silenzioso.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.
