Nous avons apprécié la localisation et le calme. La communication avec l'hôte était simple et facile.
Il manquait une table à la bonne hauteur pour manger facilement en famille.

La struttura era in un'ottima posizione, vicina ai vari mezzi e anche a vari ristoranti/bar e supermercati. Appartamento in generale abbastanza nuovo e grande per gli standard della città.
La pulizia era pessima. Appena entrati sembrava tutto ottimo ma poi abbiamo visto la sporcizia sulle posate e bicchieri, il vetro della finestra in camera rotto, lavatrice non funzionante e la doccia piena di calcare.

l'agencement de l'appartement, la chambre et la grande salle de douche; la facilité d'accès, l'hôte et sa disponibilité. la proximité des ligne de métro, le quartier pas cher. Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à Paris.
Le lave linge était en panne, la bouilloire électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Tout le reste était nickel.

Emplacements facile d’accès et le silencieux , internet et 2 TV c’était bien.
Manque d’ustensiles cuisine, four non nettoyé plaque de cuisson pleine d’huile, machine à laver HS dommage quand on a des enfants en bas âge. À 70€ le ménage ça aurait du être fait avant qu’on arrive également.
