Perfect for family with three kids
It had everything we needed. It was cosy. Near Metro and groceriestores. Lovely apartment.

Apartment that suits both kids’ and adults’ needs. Near metro.
One separate bedroom downstairs for two adults and a separate area upstairs with a full (or queen) bed and an attic-type room for one. So you could fit two adult couples and one child, or one adult couple and two or three kids (of two kids shared a bed).
There were plenty of restaurants and metro stations near
to this apartment.

Nice quirky apartment in Paris suburbia
Location in the suburbs of Paris was quite pleasant and was also easy to get around. Also really appreciate the flexibility of the host in being able to offer a change of date despite a non-refundable booking.

Friendly proprietors, very nice reception, shops and very nice boulangerie (lfdm) close by, good kitchen appliances; 20 minutes from main attractions by metro. can stay easily with 5 people, 6 is OK. Nice building.
little available storage space for luggage; one of the beds has a bit hard mattress.

Disappointing, avoid at all costs
The location was the only positive aspect to this property. The lady that gave us the keys was helpful.
When we arrived to the apartment we found that:
· The wardrobes are full of clothes as per the pictures to the extent that we could not put in / hang our own clothes
· The toilet of the master bed room was dirty (picture attached)
· The fridge contained old / out of date items as per the picture attached
· There were clear inappropriate (nudity) images that are not of common preference / taste
· The property generally smelt musky
· Bedding sheets were not fresh
· Lots of clutter was in the apartment
Generally, it felt like the place was occupied and not appropriate to receive guests.
There was also misinformation on the booking site such as:
· 24 hours front desk which is clearly not the case sense it is a private apartment not a serviced or hotel property

Passable
The owner of the house was outside so we had to talk with the girl that was cleaning the house, she didn't understand a word, english or spanish. We had problems with the parking so had to find another. There wasn't hot water and I sent him three mails, we had no answer until the dau we left, he had given us the telephone number from the girl that cleaned the house but we didn't call her, impossible to make her understand us. They asked us 800 euros of deposit that you have to give on hand, we didn't know that, that was our mistake, but having the problems with the parking and the hot water and with no answer from Patrik until the last day, it's no faire to ask for that amount of money. There's no place to leave the clothes, all is full with the owner's things, even t'he freezer. On the other hand, the house is big, quiet and the beds are comfortable

Appartement familial calme dans un quartier avec commodités (restaurants, tabac, boulangerie, supermarché à 2 pas), métro et bus menant à Montmartre au pied de l’immeuble. Sans compter sur le loft qui est un voyage en lui-même… Merci à Patrick pour sa délicate attention de bienvenue !
Rien (à noter un escalier d’entrée assez raide pour mener aux parties communes. PMR ou enfants en bas âge s’abstenir)

Appartement très agréable pour un séjour parisien en famille.
L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. La décoration est aussi intéressante. La localisation est idéale et la possibilité d'avoir un parking très appréciable. Il y a beaucoup d'équipement et on se sent chez soi. Patrick est un hôte soucieux et arrangeant ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné +++
La literie du salon est rigide et la chambre du haut et sa salle de bain sont plutôt destinés à un enfant.

Да ми хареса ли?! Много ми е трудно да намеря нещо, което да ми хареса в това място. Може би факта,че си тръгнах?! Искрено съжалявам за това, което се налага да напиша, защото досега не съм била толкова огорчавана от който и да било престой, но бъдещите клиенти трябва да знаят! Не си давайте парите за това недоразумение! Ще напиша и оплакване до екипа на Букинг за подвеждащата информация и кошмарния ни престой!
Безобразна мърсотия!!!
Но нека започна по ред...
След като пристигнахме в столицата и след два часа влачене по шатъли и автобуси, успяхме да се домъкнем до квартирата. Външната порта се отваря с допълнителен код, за който изобщо не ми бе споменато, пък камо ли изпратен. В продължение на час и половина шестима човека стояхме ,като изгонени на улицата,с огромните куфари, при 30 градуса по Целзий, без никаква информация. Звънях три пъти на т.нар. Патрик и още толкова на половинката му. Моят съпруг също позвъни още толкова.Отговор -никакъв. В един прекрасен момент,този Патрик все пак благоволи да вдигне телефона и да сподели,че не говорел английски и нямал обхват! Започна едно протяжно чакане да се свържем със съпругата му, която била уж по-наясно.На див късмет външната порта се отвори от съседите. Влязохме в двора. Там, по предварителна инструкция, успяхме да отворим пощенската кутия със скритите ключове и да влезем в квартирата. Междувременно връзка със съпругата на собственика все още не бе направена. Ужасът бе пълен, когато влизайки в квартирата, установихме безобразна мърсотия навсякъде. Изоставено жилище, непочистено от месеци насам. Тонове прах, косми, изрязани нокти, лепкави повърхности...кошмар!!! Банята и тоалетни-тънещи в плесен, чернилка и паяци. Чаршафи на петна, намачкани и миришещи на пот. Очевидно, след последното посещение от други туристи,никой не си бе направил труда да почисти! Оставихме си куфарите встрани. Намерихме стара прахосмукачка (също претъпкана с мърсотия), почистихме я и започнахме ние да оправяме квартирата.Така първият ден в Париж и същевременно рожден ден на дъщеря ми, бе белязан от чистене на чужда къща, за която съм платила нескромно 2000 евро!!! Кофата за боклук в кухнята- претъпкана със стари боклуци! Шкафът с чаршафи -претъпкан със стари,вмирисани, пълни с косми чаршафи. Така,че не успяхме да си сменим и чаршафите. Гардеробите претъпкани с чужди вещи. Цяла седмица багажа ни стоя по куфари на земята. Аз спах върху стари хавлии..

Appartamento situato all'interno di un cortile condominiale, molto particolare,ricco di personalità e accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro al supermercato e soprattutto sulla strada principale,quindi molto comodo.
