Excellent location, very disappointing apartment
Good location , close to restaurants, supermarkets and very close to the metro. Good supply of hot water.
Tiles in the bathroom were cracked with sharp edges, resulting in cutting my hand on first entry to the room. Bathroom cabinet edges peeling away and sharp. Bathroom basin leaking. Dirty around the base of the shower and shower head needed a good clean. No internet or TV working on arrival.
Dishes and glasses out of reach. Plate cracked.
No duvet/bedding for second person.
Apartment dirty and dusty in places.
Owners clothing in the wardrobe and dotted around the apartment.
Wall heater off the wall and wires exposed.
Wires exposed in the garden going through to the apartment.
No checks documented on the fire extinguisher. No smoke detector which was of concern as the apartment was up three floors with no fire escape.
Owner contacted about lack of bedding, cracked tiles and injury to hand, lack of internet and TV - he initially responded that the apartment was only for a couple so a second duvet not needed.
We pointed out that on Booking.com it clearly stated the apartment was for three adults.
After some negotiation on Whatsapp, he reluctantly agreed to come to the apartment to bring bedding and sort the TV and internet, arriving 24 hours after our arrival.
But after he left the apartment the TV wouldn't work as showing no signal. The double duvet was left but with a single duvet cover so unable to use the duvet with a cover,
Having booked out of the apartment he sent us a very negative text message accusing us of changing Utube language to a different language. He failed to accept that we had been unable to use the TV as it had no signal, so clearly we didn't change anything.

Tutto perfetto e comodo.
Appartamento confortevole con tutte le Comodità. Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dalla metro. Il ragazzo gentile si è presentato all'ora concordata per la consegna delle chiavi.
Presente carta igienica, wifi funzionante l, asciugamani e lenzuola. Lo raccomandiamo!

Excelente ubicación
Tenía dudas por los comentarios, quise anular pero en madrid me pasó lo mismo y resulto ser super central. Increíblemente cerca del centro de paris, mis uber nunca exedieron los 13€, fue sensacional estar al lado de la gare de trenes para continuar mi viaje, edificio totalmente calmado a pesar de estar en una avenida principal hay mucho silencio.

Ubicación bien, tiene cerca metro y para comprar. Para una noche está bien.
No había papel higiénico en el baño. Los armarios estaban llenos de cosas como si estuviese viviendo alguien. El menaje de la cocina estaba muy sucio.

L'emplacement était très bien
Jamais vu le propriétaire et surtout attendu plus de 20 minutes devant la porte principale de l'immeuble que quelqu'un sorte pour entrer et atteindre les clés, absence totale de détecteur de fumée, normes de sécurité électrique absente (les prises fondues ne donnent pas confiance), carrelage cassé dans la salle de bain et boitier de dérivation à nu dans la salle de bain.

Emplacement parfait pour prendre un train de bonne heure
L'hôte ne nous a pas donné le code de la porte principale et malgré avoir prévenu de notre arrivée vers 23h, impossible de joindre le propriétaire en arrivant pour avoir l'info manquante (appel, mail, sms). Par chance après une longue demi-heure d'attente, un voisin nous a permis d'entrer dans l'immeuble. Propreté, état et équipements plus que passables. Heureusement nous n'y étions que pour quelques heures avant de prendre un train très tôt le lendemain. Malgré plusieurs appels et messages la veille au soir et un message le lendemain pour prévenir que les clés avaient été retournées, , l'hôte n'a pas pris la peine de prendre des nouvelles a posteriori ou s'excuser. Je ne recommande pas.

Közel volt a metró, könnyen el lehetett jutni bárhava. Ár-érték arányban tökéletes. Nyáron élhető, de telente nagyon hideg van a szobában
Nagyon hideg volt, hiába kapcsoltuk fel a melegítőt. A fürdőszobában nem működött a melegítő berendezés és wc papír sem. A szoba kissé koszos volt, kifejezetten a padló. A kiadó egyáltalán nem beszélt angolul, amikor hívtam csak írt egy üzenetet francia nyelven. Leírta hogy hol a szállás, de azt nem, hogy a kulcsot hol tudjuk átvenni.

Expérience globalement satisfaisante.
L'emplacement: quartier vivant, gares de l'Est et du Nord relativement proches, stations de métro (Louis Blanc et Jean Jaurès) et bus proches. La qualité de l'aménagement (à un détail près) et la propreté de l'appartement. Le calme dans l'immeuble (attention: appartement au 3e étage et escalier raide pour personnes qui seraient chargées)
Le propriétaire était très sympathique mais la communication pour obtenir les clés aurait pu être plus efficace: d'ordinaire, les propriétaires vous indiquent toutes les modalités de récupération de clés un ou deux jours avant le début du séjour. Ici, j'ai dû appeler le jour même à plusieurs reprises pour avoir les informations nécessaires.
Le deuxième bémol: la sécurité de certains équipements électriques (que j'ai signalée au propriétaire). Un mode d'emploi du radiateur électrique serait le bienvenu pour réguler son fonctionnement.
