Stay in Paris like a parisienne/parisien.

Every facilities ard good enough so that you can stay like your home relaxing. The owner was not in Paris when I was there, but he responded quickly and clearly when I ask him by texting messages. The bus stops and subway staytions are not super cloer but it's okay. Just one think to make you sure is about your heavy belongings as the room is on thn secound floor without lift!

Ubicación excepcional

La ubicación es buenísima, y la calefacción funciona muy bien, lo que es importante en invierno en París. El estudio es muy tranquilo, se puede descansar sin problema. Asimismo, cuenta con todo lo básico para visitar la ciudad con comodidad e incluso para estancias de más duración.

Fue mala suerte, pero el wifi no funcionaba al llegar y tardó en ser arreglado, descargándose en cierta medida la gestión sobre nuestros hombros. Una vez solucionado el problema, el wifi funcionaba perfecto. Igualmente, hay cosas básicas que podrían ser mejorables. Al llegar, la cama estaba mal hecha, por ejemplo, sin sábana entre edredón y bajera, por lo que tuvimos que hacerla nosotros bien. Es una tontería, no cuesta demasiado, pero es un detalle. También tuvimos que pedir toallas, ya que la recepción inicial fue de apenas un par de toallas pequeñas para una estancia de dos semanas. Eso sí, no tuvieron ningún inconveniente en darnos más tan pronto las pedimos, ya que la comunicación con los anfitriones es fluida.

Etablissement agréable et bien situé malgré un manque de fournitures en cuisine

J'ai vraiment apprécié la localité du logement, sa propreté, sa sobriété et sa simplicité efficace. Le concierge était vraiment accueillant et arrangeant.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir appeler l'hôte pour avoir le code de la porte d'entrée et le code de la boîte à clé, à 20h30 du soir à mon arrivée sur place. Heureusement celui-ci à répondu... Il manque à mon avis un peu de couverts (environ 3 grosses cuillères, 3 couteaux et 3 fourchettes présentent...) et de casseroles dans la cuisine. Par exemple nous avions deux poêles qui ne vont pas sur la plaque de cuisson ! et heureusement une casserole assez grande mais unique...

Anfitrión fuera de servicio😂

El lugar en sí está bien. El servicio es pésimo. Por empezar no me dieron el código para entrar hast las 18:30 cuando pude contactar a atención al cliente de Booking, ya que el anfitrión dejó de responder mis mensajes el día anterior a mi llegada. Habiamos acordado la entrada a la propiedad a las 16.30 hs y el anfitrión brillaba por su ausencia. El concierge del edificio nos decia que tal vez debieramos alquilar una habitación en un hotel próximo porque ni a él ni a nosotros, Paolo ni su madre (los propietarios) nos respondian los mensajes. El segun el señor, no era la primera vez que sucedía esto. Para colmo de males, llovia en Paris, nosotros habiamos llegado de Bs As y acordado la entrada con anticipación. Desde Ezeiza contactamos al propietario quien nos esperaba 16:30 según tengo en los mensajes. Cuando llegamos París no respondió mas ni por Booking ni por wpp. Debimos activar el rooming para hacer llamada de larga distancia, ya que los anfitriones estaban en Italia, según nos dijo el portero y el telefono de booking en Londres. Una verdadera pesadilla que nos obligó a empezar nuestras vacaciones con muchisimos nervios, sin ninguna necesidad. Por otra parte, la cama no tenía sabanas y solo nos habian dejado dos toallas pequeñas para toda la estadía de 4 noches. En síntesis, un pésimo servicio en una buena locación.

Por todo lo anterior, el servicio y la recepcion son deplorables.

Appartamento comodo situato in buona posizione per visitare la città

Ha tutto il necessario per soggiornare comodamente (piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavatrice, doccia, ecc.). La posizione è buona, vicino alla stazione metro a place de la République e al metro Oberkampf

La posizione vicino alla metro e comoda per il cento

La pulizia: le lenzuola era sporche, (allego foto) il copriletto era macchiato di sangue. In bagno c'erano capelli nel lavandino. Del letto aggiuntivo si sentivano le assi, per fortuna mia figlia ha fatto gli scout! L'asciugamano uno a testa, scordatevi il servizio cortesia perché l'host è giovane e maleducato e ancora non sa cosa sia. Quindi NON troverete 2/3 asciugamani a seconda della presenza del bidet niente Kit da bagno base con shampoo e saponetta, niente bottiglietta d'acqua né cialde di benvenuto. Ti chiedono l'ora di arrivo, ma se arrivi prima ed hai i bagagli tieniteli perché non ti diranno di lasciarli in deposito. L'host risponde con i tempi che fanno comodo a lui è maleducato e se gli fai notare che la camera era sporca e la biancheria non era stata cambiata non ti risponde, ma ti aggredisce verbalmente dandoti dell'italiano di merd@ (tra l'altro è italiano pure lui) perché gli hai lasciato le chiavi nell'appartamento al check out. Sconsigliato La propreté : les draps étaient sales (voir photo jointe), le couvre-lit était taché de sang. Dans la salle de bain, il y avait des cheveux dans le lavabo. Le lit d’appoint grinçait et on sentait les lattes – heureusement que ma fille a fait les scouts ! Une seule serviette par personne, oubliez les petits services de courtoisie : l’hôte est jeune, malpoli et ne sait pas encore ce que c’est. Donc, vous ne trouverez ni 2/3 serviettes selon la présence ou non d’un bidet, ni kit de bienvenue avec shampoing et savon, ni petite bouteille d’eau, ni capsules de café. On vous demande l’heure d’arrivée, mais si vous arrivez un peu en avance avec vos bagages, gardez-les sur vous car on ne vous proposera pas de les déposer quelque part.

Un apartamento muy cómodo y bien equipado (incluso tiene lavadora) en una zona muy tranquila pero bien comunicada. Todo muy bien, no tengo quejas. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño. Segundo piso sin ascensor.
