Excellent séjour dans un bel appartement.

We are a family of five and stayed for five nights. The owner was not there to meet us but she sent detailed message how to get in to the apartment. It was cozy and beautiful. There are no air conditioners opening the windows gives cool air. Also the owner was very nice to provide information on nearby restaurants and convenience facilities.

Recommending to provide bath mat in the bathroom.

Nice 4 days stay in Paris

Nice apartment with separate bedroom. 8 min. walk to Gambetta metrostation. Quiet neighbourhood with foodstore, bakery, pub and cafe close by. We got good information and service from the owner.

Kitchen equipment and surfaces could have been better cleaned.

Our two teenagers were impressed with the apartment and congratulated me on finding it!

Presentation, location, style. Host provided lots of helpful local advice for her guests. Good location for local shops and café bars. Very easy to get into central Paris and back again.

Main bedroom area could be screened off. Can hear animated folk passing by late at night.

Nice and cozy, a price performance place

It was generally cozy. Kitchen was functional. Roof windows are giving a fresh atmosphere even the weather is cloudy. Beds , toilet, bath and floor was clean. Giulia's informational messages were like a Paris blog, and they were helpful. Gambetta station is just 5 minutes, and good bakeries and markets around it.

The armchairs and sofas were not so clean. The cushions were dirty. There was a pan and cooking pot but there was no lid. All the dishes were dirty, they were just been passed through the water. There was nothing on the bath wall to put shower head, so you have to hold it by one hand always. Friday and Saturday nights were really loud. Anyone passing the street were shouting till late night. And one of the neighbors has laughed like Joker all night long.

A great base to explore Paris.

Excellent location - 5 min walk to Gambetta. The apartment was well secured behind an electronic fence. The host sent lots of information regarding the area prior to arrival, which was helpful. Also the host was always available. The apartment was warm and the shower. Excellent value for money paid.

Lovely place, great value!

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was cold and the apartment was very well hitted. Guilaine was very very nice and helpful!

Ten minutes walk to the nearest metro. Small bathroom but manageable.

NOTHING. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The Italian cities visited both EXCELLENT

Have no air conditioning ,stove doesn't heat, ended up eating out. Paris known for one of the best wines in the world, had only 1 CHPPED wine glass.. too far from city. Cups and glasses all odds and ends like inheritance from poor relatives. 1 electric fan to cover 3 rooms. Worse part of our trip. Felt like a friendly hold up. Should be taken down from listing.

good stay in Paris

The host is very kind and she sent a lot of infomations after the reservation what you need for a good stay. The appartment is on a hill so the best way to reach it by foot is from the Gambetta metro station where you can find lovely cafes with extremly good croissants. The apartment is in a small courtyard, before your arriving you get the door code and you find the keys in a secret locations. Inside is as you see on the photos and you find all facilities what you need for a stay.

La dame qui s'occupe du logement (Guilaine) est très sympatique et donne énormément d'infos utiles afin de passer un très bon séjour. Très réactive également 👌

La chambre qui donne sur la rue est très très bruyante. On entend fortement le portail qui s'ouvre, les voitures qui stationnent dans la rue,...mais il y a une autre chambre où rien à dire, très bien. Il y a également un canapé lit qui pourrait faire l'affaire au cas où... Ce n'est pas une grosse critique juste une infos à tenir compte.

Un super séjour dans un atelier de charme et un accueil très chaleureux!

Beaucoup de charme, et une décoration très chouette Le parc des Buttes-Chaumont est tout près. Beaucoup d’informations pratiques et détaillées sur les restaurants aux alentours. Nous nous sommes sentis parisiens dans ce très chouette quartier du 20ème.

La posizione ottima vicina a servizi, locali e metro. Il quartiere in rivalutazione è piacevole e si riesce a passeggiare serenamente a qualsiasi ora. L’appartamento è Dotati dei confort necessari per un soggiorno prolungato. L’host gentilissima e disponibile con ottimi consigli.

Prijatan boravak. Stan se nalazi u mladalackoj cetvrti tako da se cuje muzika s poljai zamor mladih.

Udaljenost od glavnih turustickih atrakcija je nekih 25 min metroom.

Zena koja cisti stan je zaboravila da ukljuci grejanje. Ali radijatori se brzo zagreju i stan je jako topao.

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris, l’espace très pratique, la déco sympa, quartier agréable, proche du métro . Communication très facile avec l’hôte. Le fait de pouvoir déposer ses bagages dès 11h le matin est très pratique.

Gran i confortable.

És molt gran i hi caben 5 persones perfectament. Està situat aprop dels metros i té supermercats també aprop. A la nit es dorm tranquil. Molt bona comunicació amb l'amfitriona.

Teniem només una clau per tot el grup, tot i que en el nostre cas no va ser un problema.

Soggiorno carino

La struttura presenta due camere separate e Non c’è rumore. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con l’auto e presenta parcheggi lungo la strada molto cari. Nelle vicinanze ho trovato un parcheggio che con 29 euro puoi parcheggiare l’auto 24 ore. La metropolitana si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermercati ristoranti bar e negozi di ogni tipo

All’interno dell’appartamento si trovano tanti oggetti (dal mio punto di vista inutili ) che accumulano polvere. Eliminerei i tappeti e tanti oggetti per poter pulire meglio. Non c’è aria condizionata e nelle giornate caldissime di Parigi fai fatica a dormire.

Purtroppo torneremo a casa con dei ponfi sul corpo causati da morsi di insetti molto fastidiosi

Nelle vicinanze si possono trovare molti locali per mangiare, la metro per il centro più vicina è a 10 minuti a piedi. Inoltre c’è la macchinetta del caffè e il wifi gratuito. L’acqua della doccia si scalda rapidamente.

Purtroppo la struttura non era ben pulita. Sia nel bagno sia nell’appartamento c’erano formiche. Nella cucina a disposizione e sulla oggettistica della cucina c’era della polvere (abbiamo rilavato tutto per poterlo utilizzare) Inoltre nei letti a disposizione ci deve essere qualche acaro o pulce dei letti poiché tutti abbiamo riportato dei ponfi multipli da morso di insetto nel corpo molto fastidiosi . Sarebbe necessaria una pulizia più approfondita tra un viaggiatore e un altro. I telecomandi della tv non funzionavano (pile scariche). A fine vacanza è richiesto di togliere le lenzuola dai letti per velocizzare le procedure di igiene per i successivi viaggiatori e così abbiamo notato che i materassi, le coperte e i cuscini a disposizione sono macchiati e sporchi.

Bella esperienza

Host gentilissima e disponibile, appartamento grande e confortevole. Vicinanza alla metro e ai servizi (ristoranti, farmacia, supermercato).

Unico neo: una delle camere dà sulla via della movida notturna, quindi meglio dotarsi di tappi per le orecchie per dormire. Sarebbe utile mettere tende scure alle finestre per evitare la luce di prima mattina. La casa era pulita ma con qualche piccola formica che si potrebbe risolvere velocemente con spray insetticida.

L’accueil des hôtes. Les cahier de note + mail avec parcours de Montmartre, avec les restaurants à faire et sorties à faire, un réel plus que j’ai apprécié ! L’appartement est agréable.
