Fantastic location. Great host.

Fantastic location, next to the metro station, and a bakery. Restaurants, and markets can be reached in 5 minutes. Great contact with the host, replying to all queries within minutes.

Apartment wasn't clean, black dirt in the washing machine, dirty cups, dirty shower and floors.

Good location for exploring Paris

-good location (metro station 100m from the apartment)(shop and bakery right next door) -well-equipped kitchen -towels in the bathroom/hair dryer/iron and ironing board -comfortable apartment for up to 4 people -good wifi speed

-Too soft mattress (but thats just my preference, everyone has different ones) -The apartment is on the ground floor, right next to the road, it can be quite noisy at night(Street cleaning every night)

We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was lovely, homely & very comfortable. Would recommend.

Great location, safe neighbourhood, supermarket directly across the road. Great cafe at end of street. Bedding was fresh, washing machine was great! Tv had Netflix. Spacious enough for a family. Owner was lovely & very helpful.

Minimal provisions like tea & coffee, no dishwashing liquid or washing power at all. Kettle was very dirty & I had to boil water in pot to make tea. No toaster. Mould in shower flooring. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 4 people for 5 nights.

The location was perfect, very close to the metro station, the host was really nice and helpful. We overally really liked our stay at this place.

Very convenient location with Metro nearby, good dining options with restaurants, and a supermarket across the road. Easy for transport options like train or buses.

Outside noise, especially at 4am in the mornings when delivery trucks arrive at the supermarket. Quiet a lot of traffic right outside the door.

the property had no amenities. We had to go and buy dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper (only provided 2x rolls). No information about the wifi. the vents in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned ever.

Flexible with the "where to put the luggage if we arrive before check-in time". Excellent location to public transport. There is a great supermarcet really close.

supermarket right across the street; kitchenware were sufficient; washing machine saved us from ten day amount of dirty clothes

the bedsheet is unclean and there are bed bugs on it. We slept on the floor for the entire night.

Convenable avec quelques mauvaises surprises.

L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas d’une station de métro et quelques minutes en transports de plein de lieux incontournables. 20mn à pied de Bercy, où nous allions voir un spectacle. De quoi faire ses courses facilement à proximité. Les espaces sont bien distribués. Le lit de la chambre est confortable et cette même chambre donne sur une cour et est très calme. Les rideaux sont opaques et la température dans le logement était agréable malgré des températures extérieures froides. La cuisine et ses équipements étaient propres, suffisamment nombreux et fonctionnels. La douche est grande et l’eau y chauffe vite, avec une bonne pression. Plusieurs cintres dans le salon pour suspendre les manteaux facilement. Oreillers et couettes confortables pour les deux couchages.

Nombreux couacs avec le personnel de ménage, vus plus ou moins efficacement avec le propriétaire. Le code du wifi indiqué dans le logement n’est pas le bon, il faut là aussi solliciter le propriétaire. Le sèche-cheveux est complètement fondu et donc peu engageant. Le placard de la chambre était plein de poussière et il y a eu un changement de nos serviettes qui n’ont pas été remises en nombre suffisant. Le canapé lit grince énormément et son matelas est beaucoup trop fin. La rue adjacente au salon est beaucoup plus bruyante et la fenêtre n’a pas de bonne isolation phonique, ce qui laisse la possibilité de connaître la vie de toute personne passant au téléphone dans ladite rue.

Tolle Lage in einem schönen lebendigen Viertel, ganz nah an der U Bahn Station, zahlreiche Läden, Bäckereien, Restaurants in der Umgebung, komfortables Bett, wir würden wiederkommen

O apartamento é super bem localizado, próximo ao metrô,supermercado e padaria. Apartamento bem montado, muito confortável, ótimo chuveiro e tudo muito limpo. Alex é muito educado e prestativo. Recomendo e com certeza, voltarei. Tudo nota 10.

Situé près du métro et des artères du 12e arrondissement, spacieux, propre et confortable. Nous avions du retard pour la remise des clés et l'hôte a été très arrangeant. Vraiment je recommande.

Le bruit : camion de livraison des 5h du matin et on entend tous les bruits de l'extérieur (les passants..) Le rez-de-chaussée ne permet pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres Le matelas du canapé lit trop vieux et inconfortable

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Communication facile avec le propriétaire, et appartement super, très bien situé, des commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants) et station de métro à proximité L'appartement est très bien équipé , il comprends une chambre et une cuisine équipé, le canapé est convertible je recommande sans hésiter pour 1couple avec enfant ou pour 4 personnes lors d'un court séjour à Paris.

Buena ubicación y servicios cercanos

Lo mejor de todo fue la ubicación, una zona tranquila, bonita. Con un supermercado enfrente que cierra tarde, el metro muy cerca y un zoo a 15 minutos andando.

No había aire acondicionado, solamente dos ventiladores de torre. Hizo muchísimo calor y fue difícil dormir por eso, los ventiladores no ayudaban suficiente. El sofá cama también fue un poco incómodo para nuestro gusto. Por lo demás todo correcto y el anfitrión amable.

Logement très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et d’une station de métro. Décoration intérieure sympa. La chambre séparée est appréciable.

Le matelas du canapé convertible n’est pas très confortable. Propreté de la douche à revoir à notre arrivée.

Non mi aspettavo che fosse a livello stradale, la camera è un buco, piena di polvere, le finestre non si potevano aprire per lo sporco , divano tutto macchiato e usurato, asciugamani solo per la doccia e per il viso non esistono!

Agréable séjour chez Alex's house

Le logement est fraîchement rénové il est très propre dans son ensemble et suffisamment équipé pour un court séjour. Notre hôte a été disponible par message et nous a permis d accéder plus tôt à l appartement ce qui nous arrangeait vraiment ! Le quartier est très bien, Francprix en face et super boulangerie juste à côté Nuit plutôt calme.

Le canapé lit est une catastrophe, très inconfortable et grince énormément !! La douche nécessiterait un nettoyage plus pointu c est dommage.

Wij hebben het weer fantastisch gehad en komen volgende keer zéker terug!

De locatie ligt ideaal, en vlakbij een metrostation, met een supermarkt tegenover en een bakker/patissier op de hoek. De straat is een zijstraat van een grotere boulevard, maar het is er niet druk, juist gezellig en de buurt voelt veilig. Het zijn in feite 2 appartementen, maar de foto's op de website lijken een beetje door elkaar te lopen. Wij hebben vorig jaar het ene appartement gehad, nu het andere. Voor deze prijs weet ik echt niks beters. Het is er netjes en er is comfort genoeg: verwarming die werkt, handdoekverwarming, er is een föhn, strijkijzer en zelfs wasmachine. Er lagen voor ons korte verblijf pp 2 grote witte hotelhanddoeken klaar.

Het enige dat ik kan bedenken is dat het fijn zou zijn als er in de keuken naast de servies-handdoek ook een gewone keukenhanddoek zou zijn, Net als voldoende afwaszeep, handzeep (die was er in de badkamer wel) en misschien toch peper en zout en een keukenrol bijvoorbeeld. Maar, zoals gezegd: er was een supermarkt(je) recht tegenover. De kurkentrekker leek kapot, en wij misten een aantal koffiemokken, maar er waren genoeg glazen dat dat geen probleem was.
