Everything you need. Spacious apartman. Roll-up blinds! Bakery is in some minutes. Good value for the money. Kind host.

Very good stay!

The apartment is really great! It's clean and modern, there's all staff you need - everything for cooking and eating, sleeping and modern tv with smart functions, washing machine, even hairdryer, etc. Bus stop is not so far so you can reach public transport easily. Very big Carrefour is 10 mins walk, so you can buy everything needed. The host is very helpful and answered very quick all my questions and provided great support when needed. Also thanks a lot for the early check-in opportunity as we had morning flight and arrived around 10am.

Ona major disadvantage is that that's no air conditioner. The windows are on the south side and it's extremely hot inside during summer. There are 2 fans, but that was not enough for us. We kept windows opened during the nights and mosquitoes were the problem #2. But overall the stay was very good!

Apartment was very clean, well maintained, it had full kitchen and everything for cooking. Garbage bags and cleaning supplies were provided. It was very warm and comfortable. Heated floors were cool!

Een fijn, rustige en ontspannen locatie , wij zijn er 5 nachten verbleven.

De ruimte is heel fijn, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Vlakbij het station Ivry.

Ik vermoed dat de vloerverwarming op n timer stond, overdag was t erg warm en snachts ook. Had iets minder gekund..al met al was t ook warm voor de tijd van t jaar.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las imágenes, está equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer muy cómoda la estadía. Es un lugar muy silencioso y tranquilo para descansar. El espacio es más que suficiente para estar cómodos 2 personas. Las indicaciones para llegar al apartamento son muy claras y sencillas.

Gute Wohnung guter Preis mit wenigen Schwächen

Lage nah am Bahnhof, Einkaufsmarkt und Bäcker. Trotzdem recht isoliert und damit recht ruhig - bis auf die Bahntrasse. Aber das wussten wir ja mit der Buchung. Zugang per Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Vermieter hatte stets gut informiert.

Die Ferienwohnung war recht warm bzw. etwas überheizt. Fenster öffnen war keine Option, wegen dem stetigen Bahnverkehr. Also vorab lüften dann durchhalten. Wir haben den Geschirrspüler vermisst. Nicht wegen Faulheit, sondern aus hygienischen Gründen. Besteck war z.B. recht dreckig. Toilettensitz war locker. Das Sofa konnte zum Gästebett umfunktioniert werden. Dieses hat aber gequietscht. Eingangstür ist in der einzigen Fensterfront integriert. Wenn die Aussenrollos unten sind, ist das eine Falle. Bei Brand bzw. Stromausfall kommt man dann nicht mehr raus. Also Rollo immer hoch lassen.

Lo consiglio. Un po’ lontano dal centro ma molto comodo. Dotato di tutto per poter cucinare.

Molto spazio, ben attrezzata, un ambiente comfortevole

Poca flessibilità nel poter lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in più per motivi di lavoro. Un solo asciugamano molto piccolo in dotazione ma, una volta avvisati, me ne hanno portato un altro (di solito se ne lasciano almeno tre, due piccoli e uno telo doccia). Niente tovaglioli o fazzoletti in cucina.

Schön war’s !

Schön. Sauber. Unkompliziert. Handtücher vor- handen. Aufklappbare Couch. Obwohl es an einer Bahnlinie liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Gute ÖPNV Anbindung. Für uns 3 ( Eltern + teenage Tochter ) optimal.
