It is a nice appartment with lots of space, also well equipped. The metro is really close.

The bedroom has a strong smell of mold and it can be seen in the corner. Dirty towels from previous guests were all left on the bathroom door. Wifi is bad in the bedroom. Still, nothing too bad, I would recommend it.

Not clean- avoid it at all costs

It’s been very bad- the house is smelling of old and unused houses. It wasn’t cleaned properly and there were lot of insects in the house. Once we started using the kitchen, the insects were going underneath the plates when we return in the evening. We complained to guestready ( the people Who are managing it) and they didn’t do anything. We send pictures also to them, but no action was taken.

Absolutely terrible communications with the managing agency (not owners!), made it close to impossible to get the check-in instructions and asked for additional payments on the day of arrival

So So apartment in great location!

Location and comfortable size.

A lot. COLD:We visited in Feb. The unit was too cold in the evening. The bedroom especially was very cold and had a cold air draft coming in. The heater in the bedroom barely had any heat and almost warm at best. We had to sleep full suited and it was still not enough. In addition, the kitchen window could not be closed tightly. There was a gap so again cold air could enter the unit. INSUFFICIENT ESSENTIAL AMENITIES : 3 persons for 9 nights. Only 2 pillows, 4 towels and 1 toilet roll, no diswasher tablets, and no extra garbage bag. NOT CLEAN: the unit is not clean. I think the cleaner only cleaned necessary place and changing beddings only. The kitchen was full of dusty utensils. You have to clean them first before using. Too many utensils/appliances that no one uses. Plus the kitchen has too many expired foods/spices, , probably leftover by other guests over the years. Please do deep cleaning and Pls ask the housekeeping to remove any leftover items from the kitchen everytime guests leave.

La amplitud de los ambientes y la luz natural en todos. Estilo Vintage muy recargado Estaba limpio y hubo muy buena comunicación

Faltó toallas de manos, en la cocina no había ni servilletas de papel ni de tela. El jabón líquido del baño eran tres frasquitos muy pequeños muy escasos para tres personas en una estadía de 5 dias. Había secador de pelo pero en el baño no hay enchufe.

Mi experiencia de despedida, para cruzar el Atlántico. 😳

A mis hermanos les encantó la mecedora. Las personas de la limpieza me ayudaron muchísimo porque hablaban en portugués y español. Cuidenlas son mis "ángeles ". Somos tres ancianos, pero apenas llegamos al apartamento, teníamos un viaje a Strasburgo,la selva negra y luego Milán y luego fuimos a Florencia.

Me parece que el uso de la tecnología les ahorra el salario de un conserje. Pero para nosotros los ancianos. ... ..En mi caso fue un problema, pero gracias a Dios todo salio bien 👍

Idéal

Grand appartement bénéficiant de tout le nécessaire pour notre séjour de 5 jours. 5 minutes à pied des lignes 7 et 14 ou du tramway. De nombreux restaurants asiatiques, des supérettes, pharmacie, tabac... Bref idéal. Je recommande !

Apartmanın yeri kolay ulaşılır konumda, çevrede birçok kaliteli uzakdoğu restauranı ve market var, sakin, güzel bir mahalle. Yatak çarşaf, yastık ve yorganı temiz. Dairenin büyüklüğü iyi, mutfakta bulaşık makinası hariç her türlü donanım var.

Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü kadar sempatik ve cosy değil. Mobilyalar ve üzerlerindeki örtüler yeteri kadar temiz değil ve eskimiş. Banyo lavabosunun gideri tıkalı idi açmak için pompa da yoktu. Fotoğraflarda olmasına rağmen yerlerde halı yoktu. Dairenin bakıma ve elden geçmeye ihtiyacı var.
