Owner was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. There was plenty of room and you can't beat the location with tons of restaurants, bakery's, and the metro nearby.

Frank welcomed us when we arrived. He gave us a lot of tips on restaurants. The place is exactly as on the photos. Good value for money! I had to go to the doctor and Frank insisted on coming with me and he really helped me out! I cannot thank him enough for that.The appartment is a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations. And in the neighbourhood there is a lot of street art, which i really liked.

Apartment was perfect for our family with a double bed and 2 single sofa beds/futons. Really charming apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Magical to see it sparkle each evening. Butte aux Cailles is a real hidden gem, friendly but buzzing, perfect for a family holiday with teenagers! Patrick and Manuela were friendly and helpful, Patrick was on hand to help with any issues. We would definately recommend both the apartment and this area of Paris.and Manuela for being really friendly and

We loved our stay here, our host Martin was very helpful and accommodating for our travel needs and timing. The apartment had many places to sleep, and was in a cute courtyard off of the street. You can even see the Eiffel Tower through the kitchen window! It’s also located very conveniently near a Metro station and lots of food, drinks, and shops. We loved our stay.
