Overall, it was a decent stay with good comfort, but a few details could definitely be improved.

The price was great, the bed was very comfortable, the apartment looked nice, and it was convenient to have a washing machine and a fridge. The place was quiet, peaceful, and felt safe.

The location is a bit far from major attractions. The sofa was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, possibly coming from the drain. It was nice that there was a coffee machine, but a big downside was the lack of coffee pods.

Just the check-in was good

Unresponsive owner of property, incomplete kitchen accessories, Just a bed in the room, otherwise there was not even some space to put luggage. It should be 20 euros per night for this place rather than 100 euros per night.

Clean, but noisy and not comfortable

It was clean

No small coffee caps. No pods or any detergent for the washing machine. No small spoons. Very noisy when windows are open, but when windows are closed some strange smell appears, like overheating plastic. Very noisy locks. You WILL be up at 6 a.m. if some of the your neighbors decide to leave the place.

Good value for money

The apartment was VERY clean, cosy and warm. The bed was comfortable and spacious enough for two people (the duvet was also large). The shower pressure was notably strong. Overall, the apartment offered excellent value for money.

The walls of the building are quite thin, and as we were very close to the entrance (ground floor), we could hear every little noise. When other people are walking above your apartment, it is also very loud. But that is just the building aspect that cannot be changed.

Good location, ideal for a short stay (:

The accommodation is close to the metro (10min walk), so getting to the city center is quite easy and fast. There are also plenty of good restaurants around. Ideal for a short stay, and very convenient if traveling from Orly airport. As other comments mentioned, there is no AC, but there is a fan (: probably not the best to stay during the summer, but when the weather is fresh outside it is not bad.

The couch and mattress were a little bit dirty, but nothing too serious.

Paris family trip with young kids

Property was very clean , rooms were nice , had all kitchen facilities, groceries were nearby , location was okay, support staff were really friendly and helpful , had a pleasant stay

Good rapport quality - price - location but a little annoying plumbing problems

Property is recently renovated, so all is new and nice. I just remarked a construction / plumber problem because the shower, the sink hole was stinking by a sewage. The cleanliness was excellent though. But this problem levels it down and it's a pity.

Good flat and very close to tram/metro station

The flat was clean and organised when we checked in. Since all door need codes to open, it feels really safe. There’s a supermarket around the corner and the restaurant next door, Gohan Fusion, offers some delicious and affordable dishes. The flat is also just 2 min from a tram station and about 5 min from Pierre et Marie Curie metro station, so it’s very easy to get around.

Would not stay there or recommend to anyone

Good security but nothing much else was good

Bed was very uncomfortable, small and had 2 pancake pillows so we used the couch cushions. Very loud music played for almost 48 hours straight right next to our room so we had no sleep. No reception makes it hard to get assistance.

A wonderful stay in Paris

The space was compact but very comfortable and usable. There was a washer and a drying rack. Self Check-in was very easy. A grocery store and a patisserie were down the street and about a 10 minute walk from Porte de Choisy Metro station.

This might be a wide issue in Paris but hot water in the shower doesn't last too long. Just prepare to spread your hot water usage throughout a shower and you'll be fine.

Good Budget Stay for a few Days in Paris

Nice cozy room with everything you need for your stay. Also not to far from the metro (7) so you can reach the Louvre f.e in approx. 40mins. Bakerys and supermarkets were also right around the corner. The room is super modern and the kitchen is perfect to cook small meals. Host was very friendly and comfortable. Check in/Check out to location is also very easy. Perfectly sufficient for a few day in Paris.

The tv was placed awkwardly so you couldn't really watch from bed or sofa. Also Wifi was not that strong. Otherwise the smell in the bathroom was sometimes a bit disturbing. View was also not good as you look into the inner courtyard.

I enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay very much. It’s a comfortable and very clean apartment. They have a kitchen and washing machine so it’s quite convenient. There are bakeries, (Asian + French) supermarkets nearby. Within 10-minute walk, you will reach a lively area (Porte de Choisy) with many good Asian (especially Vietnamese) restaurants. The street is quiet, although occasionally it can be a bit noisy in the early morning (some people were having fun I guess). There’s no restriction regarding check-in/checkout time, which is another plus, and the host was very quick at replying if I had any questions. I'll be back if I visit Paris again.

Enjoyed our short vacation in Paris, apartment was nice part of that.

Very comfortable apartment with all new furniture, kitchen fully equipped. Lots of power outlets, you can charge as many gadgets as all your family may bring :-). Quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 10 minutes to metro station.

There is not air conditioner, if you come during hot season that may be a drawback, but there is a big fan. There is full set of kitchen appliances, would be nice to have some simple things like salt.

Perfect for a one-night stay in Paris

The apartment is located in a building that is located in a quiet area of Ivry-sur-Seine. There is commerce nearby and it's well deserved by public transport. Perfect for a one-night stay.

There were codes to access the building. These codes were sent separately from the key to access the apartment. We were a few tenants to have waited outside until we could access the building with the help of a neighbor in the adjacent house.

Modern and stylish "cosy" apartment. Perfect for a city break!

Very modern, very clean studio appartment. All the essentials were provided (washing mashine and clothes dryer was a plus for us). Host provided all the details needed and (even though they were not there) they made it clear they were ready to offer any assistance. Short (~7min) walk to metro (Porte de Choisy)

No aircon (It was hot and humid in Paris during our stay), however we did not expect this at the price and there was a fan to keep us cool!

Appartement fonctionnel et très propre, proche du métro pour rejoindre Paris. Échanges très courtois et agréables avec Domenika Chambre sécurisée (3 digicodes pour y accéder)

Code d’accès à la chambre non reçu au moment de l’arrivée (il faut penser à vérifier avant, ce que je n’ai pas fait. Mais nous avons réussi à les joindre et à l’obtenir assez rapidement) Matelas trop mou Prévoir des torchons pour la cuisine

La propreté et le confort

Extrêmement bruyant, c'est comme si j'étais dehors, aucune insonorisation, réveillée à chaque passage de voisins 2h du matin, 4h 6h. Pas de volet la lumière automatique extérieure illumine la pièce en pleine nuit. Il faudrait ajouter des rideaux occultants, ceux présents ne suffisent pas. J'étais en déplacement pour un examen professionnel important je n'ai pas pu me reposer.

La posizione è abbastanza buona, a 10 minuti c’è la metro per raggiungere il centro in 30 minuti circa

Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con i codici di accesso, sia appena arrivate che l’ultima sera quando siamo rimaste chiuse fuori per un’ora perché inserendo i codici fornitoci una delle porte non si apriva. Abbiamo provato a contattare il numero predisposto per le emergenze ma era irraggiungibile. Per un’ora siamo rimaste al freddo fuori casa, finché non è sceso un ragazzo e ha aperto il portone! Davvero inaccettabile!! Altre cose da sottolineare sono che per 4 giorni ci sono stati forniti solo due asciugamani e il bagno era davvero minuscolo!
