Plenty of sleeping facilities in this apartment which is also very close to the Metro station.

Very convenient location to the Metro. Lots of nearby places to eat, get take-away and get groceries. Also plenty of room for a large family to settle into.

Lovely house with a nice kitchen and stylish design

The property is stylish and spacious, with a beautiful design and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is very nice, with plenty of bakeries nearby and easy access to the Bastille/Marais area, although it is a bit far from the nearest bus stop, but a nice little walk. During our stay, the train was unfortunately not running, which made transportation less convenient. We couldn't meet the host as our flight arrived late, but the video of how to enter was a nice touch which made it much easier. It was perfect for my family of 10.

The main drawback is the unusual bathroom layout. There is a very small bathroom upstairs, a toilet in the living room without a sink, and a shower located inside a bedroom without a toilet. While everything was clean and functional, the configuration may not be ideal for all guests.

I recently booked an apartment for a group of 7 people, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations! Not only was it able to comfortably accommodate all of us, but we discovered that it can actually accommodate up to 10 persons. The spaciousness of the apartment was truly impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location. With convenient stores, restaurants, and a metro station nearby, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. It made exploring the city a breeze! Furthermore, I cannot praise the owner enough for their friendliness and accommodation. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. It's always a pleasure to deal with such warm and welcoming hosts.

The apartment was very nice - we loved the spiral stairs.

We had a little trouble getting the keys upon arrival, as the codes had changed that morning and we did not notice in email right away. But, the owners were more than helpful over phone.

Spacious, well- furnished apartment with room for 10+ people. We were a group of 9, 4 adults and 5 children, and the apartment had ample space for us all. Extra chairs available in the downstairs closet were a thoughtful touch for accommodating larger groups. The property is located a short walk to a corner store and a bakery, with the metro a 10 minute walk to the ticketing entrance. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was not ready upon our arrival which was after the advertised check in time. Not a negative, but an FYI that there is a narrow spiral staircase to reach the upper floor that would be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Great unit for large family. Fully air-conditioned with two full bathrooms

The property can accommodate a large family. Loved that it had two toilets and two showers. As well as an air conditioner and a full-size washer and dryer. Full-size oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. we were also able to leave our luggage prior to checking in. As well as leave our luggage when we checked out prior to our car picking us up. we did have a small situation when we arrived. But when we contacted the owner. He took care of it right away, and also dropped off a nice bottle of wine. that was very nice and appreciative. I would recommend a family of five or more to stay here. It was also close to the subway.

It’s important to know that the accommodation has a very steep spiral staircase. It was fine for my kids to climb up, but was a bit challenging to bring up a suitcase.

The apartment has everything you need and yet is not filled with decorations that get in the way. Very easy to find and near the bus stop. Washer and dreyer is also on-site which was useful.

Everything. The loft is very well equipped and has a lot of space. We were 8 people and the 3 rooms just fit perfectly. The loft was very clean and the host very kind. He even offered us a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. Metro Station 2 minutes walk from the loft. 5 stars

Superb

Was great to deposit our bags already at 12pm (rather than 4pm) on arrival and until 2pm (rather than 10am) on departure. Was a very clean and nice apartment, for our 10 people family trip! A lot of close by metro stations (Voltaire, Charonne, Philippe Auguste) and little restaurant/bars (Rue Léon Frot/Rue Saint-Maur).

Arrival instructions should be updated - there are three key-safes now - and the lower one is still correct. We did not know which floor or apartment it was - it js on the ground floor the door straight of the corridor. It should be mentioned in the description, that the rubbish can be deposit in the right door in the corridor.

The apartment had a really bad drainage smell and it wouldn't go even if u used the showers or toilets. The drainage needs to be checked as the smell is excruciating.

we had a great time in paris, the apartment was kinda small but fine.

the indesign is nice

For 10 people it was way too small, there were just three rooms and the others had to sleep in the living room. we just had one kitchen towel for so many people and there was no space to put the luggage and our jackets. there was one place where we could put jackets and it broke down when we put like 4-5 jackets there. we didn’t even try to put all the 10 jackets there. also the pots and pans in the kitchen where not big enough for 10 people. we where not able to cook for all 10 people at once. so for up to 6 people it is ok but more it is not made for.

Está bien ubicado. Cerca del metro y de sitios donde comprar pan y pasteles caseros.

La otra casa que está justo al lado, pegando pared con pared ( pensamos que también es de alquiler). No hemos dormido apenas por las fiestas que montaron 2, de las 3 noches que nos alojamos. Éramos 11 personas de la familia, y hasta los niños escuchaban los ruidos: estaban de fiesta, gritando, con golpes, … si viajáis con niños, con la familia, o simplemente os gustaría descansar; suerte. Por cierto, no hay armarios, ni colgador de ropa, desolador… Ni un triste perchero… No hemos tenido llave en toda la estancia, siempre con código.

Sehr sauber - selbst der Kühlschrank. Ruhige Lage. Günstige Lage - zwei Metrostationen und verschiedene Buslinien ganz in der Nähe. Sehr gut organisierter Empfang.

Locația este aproape de două guri de metrou; infrastructura transportului in comun este extraordinară - nu veți avea probleme in ajunge unde vă doriți. Este o zonă frumoasă, liniștită, cu restaurante (va recomand Chez Papa🫢), supermarket in apropiere, oameni frumoși și săritori.

Piso perfecto para familias o grupos grandes en París.

Precio y ubicación. A pocos minutos andando de dos estaciones de metro de las líneas 2 y 9. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Éramos un grupo numeroso con niños. Había 3 habitaciones con camas dobles, una de ellas además una supletoria y 2 sofás-cama. Zona con diferentes supermercados y farmacias cerca. Amplia variedad de restaurantes en la zona.

Las escaleras en caracol para subir al piso superior son algo estrechas. En verano entra mucha luz desde primera hora. Estaría bien que tuviera una consigna gratuita para dejar las maletas el ultimo día para aprovechar el paseo por la zona.

Pas de possibilité d'être dans le noir complet avec le store coulissant, salle de bain fonctionnelle mais étroite ainsi que l'escalier.

Praktisches Kurzzeit-Zuhause in guter Lage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, einfacher Check In und umsichtiger Service, wir durften das Gepäck schon ein paar Stunden vor dem Check in der Wohnung abstellen und konnten noch eine Decke nachbestellen! Die Lage ist prima, es war ruhig und die Duschen und Klimaanlagen funktionierten gut. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Geschirr gebrauchen, aber war sonst super ausgerüstet.

Die Badezimmer und Waschbecken sind funktional, aber die Bäder schon winzig. Mit 11 Leuten muss man flott und flexibel sein. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es keine Fenster zum Lüften. Müslischalen wären toll! Zur Info: Alle Doppelbetten haben jeweils eine große Decke für zwei.
