Incredible Hotel !

The place it was very nice , really clean , the bed is really comfortable, the toilet really clean . Actually I’m so happy about this place . The Metro station is literally close , just walking 1 min and there is the hotel . And the tourist places is literally in the same line of metro , and just to make reference Eiffel Tower is in the subway around 30 min .

Fantastic location and nice host

Easy to collect key but they nees to make it clear the restaurant is closed for a couple of hours during the day.

Clean room and good location

The hotel is very near to the metro station Marie de Montreuil, only 1 minute's walk. From this railway station, most places can be reached within 30 minutes. A large Carrefour supermarket is within 5 minutes walk. We like the room a lot.

It was okay for the duration we came (3 nights), but wouldn't stay longer than that.

The lady who gave us the keys was very nice and accomodating, she even agreed we could check in later thank 11 pm. The location was great, next to the metro station.

The room was smaller than we expected by the pictures so we suspect we got a different room than what we booked. (We didn't complain becouse we only came for 2 days and didn't want to take away from our free time in the city) The showerhead was broken and the door of the bathroom wasn't really a door, there wasn't much privacy and construction signs were visible around the door. The windows were very dusty and the bedside table was dusty and sticky. And the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, felt like i was sleeping on a desk.

The Location, the staff, the room Space was very good for 3 adults It is very safe, down door was locked with a code and there are security Cameras The metro is in front of the building

Affordable and comfortable

Room had nice sound proof window overlooking interesting street. Juliet balcony. Appointed room. Comfortable bed. Adequate sized room. Multicultural area. 15 metres to subway. Quiet.

Area is not typical of Paris. 30 minutes to city ..not real issue. Could do with some prints on walls ...again not deal breaker. One power socket was not securely attached to wall. No air con which might be prob mid summer but ok for me

Great location, kind attention of the owners .

Great location, few minutes walking from Metro Line 9, exit 4 and we got the keys earlier as agreed . The owners very easy going .

The room smelled of cigarettes a little bit even though it was clean. It was ok.

I liked the staff they were really helpful and provided me with additional parking time even after check out.

I only had cold water running in the shower so that was a major inconvenience.

Very nice hosts for this clean hotel where I rested well due to a super comfy mattress

Super nice hosts who own the Asian restaurant at the ground floor. You have to collect the keys in the restaurant. The best mattress that I have ever had in a hotel, and that to me, excuses any other small imperfection. Great food in the restaurant. Equipped with a large lift., The room had a large non convertible setty and was equipped with a courtesy tray. Good wifi.

My room are very bare, the absence of decoration makes it quite clinical which did not matter for me as I was working all day long, just went back to sleep. Some pieces of furniture are were basic, but equipped with a super comfy mattress, a nice shower, AC, and that the only important things.
