A comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The stay was lovely. The flat was clean and comfortable. Not too far from public transport links. All of the amenities were clean and in good working order.
There was a 2 ring temporary induction hob which made cooking a little difficult, however, we were still able to cook meals for 4 adults.

Location was not bad
Apartment is a fire hazard. Previous fire at the location. Wifi does not work. Power failure on arrival. Host switched the power on and left. Stove starting smoking. Almost caught on fire. Turned the main power off. Asked to Host to come back. He was quite rude in saying that I'm troubling him and that we should cancel our booking and go elsewhere. He thereafter messaged back and put us into another apartment. Do not recommend this place. Not a good experience for our first visit to Paris

Lovely little well equipped flat
Lovely looking apartment in a nice friendly area of Paris. Very good facilities, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sofa bed was huge. Would certainly visit again.
As we had 6, we would have just liked a couple of extra coffee pods and an extra roll of toilet paper. Also, a little bit of information on local facilities and how to get to main attractions would be very helpful.

Good for a short Disneyland trip.
Location and cleanliness were excellent
The floorboards were very creaky and only one bathroom in the lounge. Made it hard to go to the bathroom at night without waking people up.

Lovely flat in a quiet area
Lovely flat and well presented. Coffee capsules were very welcome. A short walk from the main east- west tube at. Chateau de Vincennes and plenty of cafe's there. Shop downstairs for basics.
Floor boards were a bit squeaky but only to be expected of an older property.

Preis Leistung passt, gute Anbindung zu den Öffis.
Schlüssel zu erhalten war sehrt einfach für den Safe, die Größe der Unterkumpft ist super, Küchenausstattung ist auch ok. Die Türen hängen etwas und schließen schwer. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind dicht bei und auch der Bus hält 20m entfernt alle 16min. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (5+3) unterwegs - hat alles super geklappt. Parkplätze in Paris in allgemeinen sind nicht so einfach und teuer (pro Tag 17,10 / von 9-19 Uhr)

- Au pied de l'arrêt de bus qui mène au RER A ou à la ligne 1 - Réactivité du propriétaire - Lits confortables - Belle salle de bain
- Manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (pas de plats qui vont au four, poêles non adaptées à une plaque à induction mais une des deux à été changée au cours de notre séjour, etc..) - Faible Isolation phonique intérieur/ extérieur - Wifi défaillant - Nombreuses traces de brulures de mégots - Plaque de cuisson de remplacement posée sur l'ancienne brulée - Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain car la pile du thermostat le pilotant est à plat - le plaquage des bords des meubles se délite
