Great stay outside summer months

Kind staff. Well equipped. Quiet street. 10 mins from Metro.

No AC during the heatwave has made our stay not so pleasant. Highly recommend installing one AC in the hallway as summers are becoming hotter. Same goes for installing ventilators in the bathroom and toilette. The toilette is smaller than those on the planes with nowhere to wash your hands. WiFi connection not stable.

You get what you pay for

The flat had very comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms. The kitchen with the large fridge was very helpful for cooking our own food too.

The location is on a bus route but is still far from a metro line so unless guests already have a navigo pass on arrival, guests will be in for a lengthy walk to acquire one. This also presents a problem for buying passes online as the WiFi information we originally received connected us to a very spotty and distant router. We had to request an alternative WiFi connection in order for anything to work. Some equipment was either faulty (large fan) or dirty (iron) and we were worried about a couple of weak points in the flooring giving way.

Las fotos publicadas no reflejan completamente la realidad del alojamiento. El mobiliario y los enseres están bastante desgastados y se nota falta de mantenimiento, ya que varios elementos se encontraban grasientos o muy sucios. El baño está dividido en dos espacios y la zona del WC es extremadamente pequeña, además de no contar con ventilación. La ducha estaba en mal estado y los cajones sucios, además, sería recomendable disponer de una escoba o una mampara adecuada. El suelo del apartamento cruje bastante y, cuando alguien se levantaba por la noche, se despertaba al resto. El WiFi tampoco funcionó durante toda la estancia. En cuanto a la ubicación, aunque está bien conectada por el RER, el trayecto desde la estación hasta el apartamento toma unos 18 minutos caminando por calles oscuras y sin comercios en la zona alejada del RER. En la planta baja hay un minimarket, pero no resulta una ventaja, ya que suele haber personas bebiendo en la entrada, lo que generó sensación de inseguridad al regresar por la noche. Después de las 20:00 preferimos usar Uber, o bien tomar un autobús que deja justo en la esquina.

Perfecto para pasar unos días

La ubicación muy buena, estaba muy limpio y el barrio tranquilo, supermercados cerca y restaurantes también. El metro está a 10 minutos andando. Por la zona hay un mercadillo local los domingos con productos de cercanía y comida de la zona.

No había material para limpiar el suelo, como una escoba y recogedor, o una fregona. Y el suelo sonaba mucho al andar, te daba apuro poder molestar a los vecinos al andar, sobre todo de noche.

Posizione utile e appartamento carino e funzionale

Appartamento molto ben arredato, piccolo ma ben disposto visto che sono presenti due camere da letto separate. Il bagno (quello senza il WC) è molto bello con una doccia enorme. Posizione ottima perché vicino (1Km, 15min) a parcheggio per auto, stazione metro (per Parigi 15min senza cambi) e stazione treno (per Disneyland a 45 min, biglietto 2.5€). Sotto casa un mini market e un fast food. L'appartamento ha 6 posti letto, ideale per 4 persone, max 5. Da segnalare appartamento al secondo piano con scale abbastanza ripide.

Il WC (bagno separato alla francese) è praticamente uno sgabuzzino. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo una camera non era pulita ed il letto aveva 3 doghe staccate. L'host ci ha fornito le lenzuola pulite solo il giorno dopo. Il pavimento è in legno scricchiola molto (fastidioso per chi dorme sul divano). Il divano letto sarebbe da cambiare perché rotto.

il pourrait y avoir un torchon vaisselle, des piles pour les horloges (mises nous même); une casserole assez grande pour faire des pâtes; une planche à pain; un plateau pour le service; les patères de l'entrée sont inutilisables, trop hautes. la douche, très grande, pourrait accueillir un tabouret pour le confort des personnes agées; ce sont des détails qui feraient de cet appartement confortable un bijou
