Абсолютно замечательное место. Удобно расположено ( 5 минут до метро ) , хороший, современный ремонт, вся техника работает исправно. Несмотря на холод снаружи, в квартире очень хорошо работает отопление. Все необходимое, а также приятные дополнения в виде посуды для готовки, кофейника, кофе и чая, тостера, приправ и масел – все есть. Снаружи квартиры есть небольшой столик, где можно выпить кофе и позавтракать в тёплую погоду. Очень романтично! Господин Richard был доброжелательным и с пониманием отнёсся к изменению времени нашего приезда. Он также поделился брошюрой с картой Парижа, отметил места для посещения.
