Attention faible isolation phonique

L'emplacement du logement par rapport à mon lieu de formation et la proximité des restaurants ou des supérettes.

L'isolation phonique. ll y a un bar en dessous et c'est très bruyant le soir!!!!! musique très forte. Et que dire du bruit lorsque le propriétaire ferme les volets métalliques à 22h. Impossible d'avoir les chaînes de télévision classiques.

Good for Paris. Little far from center but in a safe zone.

Locatie destul de ok la pret. Foarte spatioasa. Amplasata intre doua statii de metrou, cam la 10 min de fiecare. Are toate utilitatiile pentru o sedere placuta.

Intrarea ciudata in curtea locatiei (prin spatele unei terase, pe langa garaje). Ar fi nevoie de un parfum de camera sau sa fie mult mai aerisita, avea un miros greu cand am intrat prima data.

la décoration et l'aménagement de l'appartement. La très belle superficie de la chambre. Sa localisation proche du métro. La salle de bain

para uma estadia de poucos dias foi razoavel,mas não ficaria novamente hospedada lá.

o apto era limpo e reformado , era proximo do metro

nao gostei da entrada de acesso ao apartamento pois era muito escura e mal conservada,dando um pessimo aspecto, pois é uma garagem com um portão antigo e fica entre dois restaurantes, a região meio esquisita,principalmente á noite.

Расположение и близость от двух станций метро.

Место входа в подъезд вызвало шок! На лестнице сильный запах сырости! Есть ощущение, что в доме почти никто не живет! Вначале квартира показалась очень темной и не уютной, очень маленькой. Низкие потолки! Не яркие лампы в потолочных светильниках! Черные шторы в спальне! Если бы на стенах были картины с цветами, а не черные морды обезьян, было бы намного приятнее! Кухня и ванная комната приятные, чистые, по европейским стандартам!

Le séjour aurait été parfait sans le bruit du bar en-dessous !

L'appartement est joliment rénové et très bien équipé. La chambre est spacieuse, de même que la cuisine et la douche. Très bien situé, à peine 10 min du centre-ville de Vincennes ou du Paris Expo Montreuil.

Gros GROS point noir, l'appartement est situé juste au-dessus d'un bistrot. Pas de problème en semaine mais le samedi soir, un concert assourdissant a raisonné dans l'appartement jusqu'à 1h du matin !

Mooi en shoon appartement op een goeie locatie

Appartement was erg schoon en netjes. Duidelijke uitleg hoe je binnenkomt enzovoort.

Helaas was de kroeg die onder het appartement zit erg hoorbaar sluiten de deuren wel netjes om 12 uur. Erg moeilijk tot bijna onmogelijk te parkeren.

Quartier vivant et appartement très agréable ! Très propre et sécurisé. Une très grande chambre et lit très confortable ! Cuisine bien équipée. Salle de bain et douche au top !

Une merveille dans montreuil Le séjour à été impeccable du début à la fin. L acceuil téléphonique est tout simplement parfait avec les gérants. Ils sont très aimables . L appartement est d une propreté irréprochable décore avec beaucoup de goût très design et très confortable. La chambre est très isolée ce qui permet d étre vraiment au calme L.appartement est équipé de tout ce sont il est nécessaire. En terme de situation il y a des bus le métro des restaurants des parcs .Absolument tout est parfait. Génial . Je recommande vivement .

L'appartement est très bien situé et proche de nombreux restaurants très sympathiques! Quartier calme. Appartement propre avec grand confort! Cuisine bien équipée. Belle salle de bain! Je le recommande!

Je chipote pour pas grand chose : Au niveau des chaines télé : On a pas les chaines traditionnelles ( TF1, M6, C8, W9, TMC...etc )

Bien Situé

L'emplacement, quartier très sympa et à 30/45 minutes de la majorité des centres d'intérêts de Paris. L'équipement, rien ne manque, Bien décoré et fonctionnel Le lit de la chambre très bien Très propre

L'appartement se situe juste au-dessus d'un bar et donc c'est quand même bien bruyant le vendredi et le samedi soir jusqu'à assez tard (musique et discussion). Dommage car en dehors c'est une rue calme. Le canapé convertible du salon est quand même assez juste en confort.
