Bluestay 128 - Superb apartment in Paris

The apartment is located in a quiet suburb of Paris, in a peaceful neighborhood with very little noise. It is very convenient for transportation, with both the Vincennes RER A station and the Bérault Metro (Line 1) just a 5–7 minute walk away. It’s an excellent location if you are planning to visit Disneyland Paris. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including coffee, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. The host was very responsive, provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, and replied promptly to all of our messages, which we greatly appreciated. However, it would be helpful if the host could communicate in English when guests ask questions in English, as this would make communication much easier for international travelers.

We visited Paris during an extreme heat wave, with temperatures reaching 37–40°C. The first thing that surprised us was that the apartment is located on the ground floor, which was not mentioned in the listing. When you open the front door, you step directly onto the street. There are two entrance doors (a metal security door and the main door), but the main door does not close properly from the outside. The apartment itself is nicely renovated, but there was an unpleasant odor every time we entered, probably because the building is quite old. Fortunately, it became much less noticeable after opening the windows for a while. The biggest disappointment was that there was no refrigerator, even though one is listed among the amenities. During such hot weather, we had no way to keep drinking water or food cold, which was a major inconvenience. Another drawback, especially in the summer, is the lack of air conditioning. I realize this was my oversight, as I forgot to check this before booking, but future guests visiting during hot weather should be aware of it. The shower area is not properly sealed, so water easily flows onto the bathroom floor. It would also be helpful to install a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and other toiletries. In addition, providing more toilet paper for longer stays would improve the guest experience. Overall, the apartment is in a convenient location with excellent public transport connections. However, addressing these issues would make the stay significantly more comfortable.

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, bien agencé et avec un équipement de qualité. Très propre!!! Et les hôtes sont très disponibles!!!

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Isolation phonique très moyenne, on entend trop ce qu'il se passe dans la rue ... Heureusement que la rue n'est pas trop passante. L'ajout d'une hotte de cuisson serait appréciable

Rustige wijk, vlakbij metrostation.

Had per e-mail gevraagd om 2 bedden op te maken omdat we geen stel zijn. Dit is niet gebeurd. Adres. Als je de cour op nr. 22 inloopt denk je dat je daar het sleutelkastje vindt. Het sleutelkastje bevindt zich echter buiten naast nr. 22. Het toegangshek kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Verder zit de klink van de binnenkant badkamer los waadoor je hem gemakkelijk uittrekt en het risico loopt jezelf in de badkamer op te sluiten als je alleen in het appartement bent. Verder zit de afvoer van de wastafel waarschijnlijk licht verstopt waardoor het water in de wasbak blijft staan. Maar voor de rest waeen we erg tevreden.

Die Stadt ist super schön und die Anbindung nach Paris ist wirklich super!

Es ist leider sehr stickig im Raum ubd das Badezimmer ist schnell überschwemmt, wenn man duscht.
