It was a nightmare, no towels, no supplies in bathroom, they charged my card 237 Euro for cleaning.

Nothing Good, it was a very worst apartment.

The beds were so dirty. Upon arrival my wife and kids found lot of human hairs on the pillows, bed and quilt. The beds were so disgusting and smelling bad that my kids forced me to leave the apartment immediately. The kitchen was also smelling too bad.

Everything! Worst experience ever! Worst customer service "doesn't exist 0" No washing machine No oven No hair dryer Dish washer never used it " it stinks like hell" Light bulb burned in toilet "they never changed it, we had to pee in the dark! Shower glass door not stable and falls on us "dangerous appartment " Don't go there !!!!

Innanzitutto la posizione. Appartamento situato in una zona residenziale. Pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità buone.

Altmodische Wohnung mit guter Zugverbindung nach Paris.

Toller blick vom Balkon auf den Eifelturm aus der Ferne. Sehr besondere Ausstattung im Wohnraum. SEhr sauber (bis auf Geschirr im Geschirrspüler).

Der Prozess des Check-Ins war megakompliziert. Schwieriges System (Welkeys). Man musste sich ständig vorher mit der Reise bschäftigen. Konträr zu den Angaben auf Booking, reichte nicht eine Kreditkarte vor Ort; ebenso ein Check-In mit Peronalien und Kaution. Alles sollte vorher geregelt werden. Ist ständig abgestürzt. Am Ende hat der Concierge (online) Mitgefühl gezeigt und ließ uns in die Wohnung. Zugverkehr stört etwas. Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer fehlen.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war unterirdisch. Schimmel im Wohnzimmer, dreckiger Teppich, Haare in und unter der Badewanne und im Besteckkasten in der Küche. Echt ekelig!!!

Au début ça semblait bien jusqu'à ce que je me fasse racketter 6,51€ + 22€ de frais injustifiés...

Je déconseille ce genre d'établissement, caution à distance, une fois vos codes enregistré ils vous prennent 6,51€+ 22€ de frais pour arrivée tardive sans possibilité de refuse..., alors qu'il est précisé lors de la réservation que le check-in peut se faire entre 15 et 00h. Et personne ne se déplace pour vous accueillir vu que les clés sont dans une boîte à code. Vitre de douche non étanche qui laisse passer l'eau à côté, ménage bâclé il restait une serviette sale dans la chambre. Et la surprise des frais supplémentaires... Nui encore une déception sur Booking
