Old bedsheets on the sofa, but no new ones
We arrived and checked in at 9 PM. The booking was for three adults and a child, but the second bed (a sofa) wasn’t made. It had an old bedsheet left from previous guests. Unsurprisingly, no one answered the phone at that hour. I managed to reach someone the next day, and the bedding was finally replaced around noon without any apologies. Unfortunately, we had to spend the night on an unmade sofa with a stained blanket. My written messages still haven’t been answered.

Les instructions étaient parfaite. L’emplacement est top. Literie top Appartement agréable Linges de toilettes top.
J’ai écris un message dès le début de séjour pour un torchon et prévenir pour les verres cassés et pas de nouvelles. Dommage Il manque de quoi faire correctement la cuisine. Pas de torchons. Pas de plat pour le four La vaisselles étaient pas top Verres fragilisés quand j’ai fais la vaisselles 2 verres étaient cassés. Le bac à couvert sale.

Bon séjour
Appartement en bon état, spacieux, literie confortable, pas très loin de la gare.
2ème étage sans ascenseur pas évident avec des valises et un enfant (escalier dangereux), le ménage a été fait tardivement lors de notre arrivée, donc entrée à 15h impossible, j’ai retrouvé aussi un bout de verre cassé à côté du canapé donc pas très propre et lorsque j’ai signalé un problème avec les toilettes la réaction n’a pas été très rapide. Heureusement que le soucis s’est règlé sans intervention.

Peut-être préciser dans l'annonce que l'appartement est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur pour qu'on ajuste la valise.

agréable sejour à 3 dans un bel appartement bien equipé proche des tram bus et metro
appart bien décoré propre spacieux confortable et lumineux volets occultant + rideaux pour la nuit très appréciable il manquait un sèche cheveux a notre arrivée que le propriétaire a très vite fourni
le quartier est un peu mal fréquenté le soir pas de clim mais ventilateur dans chaque pièce
