Bad smell and kept whole 400€ deposit for loosing the key

The location

We got charged the entire 400 euros deposit for loosing the key to the apartment. This was after being told they would only charge us for a replacement key. Also, there was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom the whole week we were there which made they stay extremely uncomfortable as two of us were sleeping on the sofa bed which is right next to the bathroom.

Scam - avoid this place

It was clean

This place is such a scam. My 70 year old mother opened one of the drawers in the bedroom and more than a day after we checked out we were told that we broke the set of drawers because it was locked. There was no way my mother was strong enough to force open it. There was also no notification to say the drawers were locked. I was then charged €140 from my security deposit to replace the chest of drawers and the locks. It looked like it was already broken and they scammed us to get some money and buy more furniture. Very disappointed. Also the apartment is many flights of stairs up and no lifts so if you have luggage, good luck.

Muito bom

Gostei muito do apartamento. Com todas as comodidades, acolhedor. Tinha oferta de uma garrafa de vinho :)

Não tinha nenhum cobertor extra. Para mim não foi nada que não gostasse mas as escadas são estreitas para pessoas com dificuldades na mobilidade. A rua é muito grande e existe o mesmo número noutra ponta e uma vez enganei-me na localização.

Voor vier personen krap, bedbank was echt niet fijn om op te liggen, stang in rug.

Cet appartement est une perle rare. C’est bien rénové avec les équipements et la deco en excellent état. On est très satisfait de la propreté et a aussi apprécié les deux ventilateurs durant la période de canicule:) Le quartier est tranquille avec des commerces à proximité et l’accès facile au transport commun. Nous n’avons pas pu rencontré l’hôte mais toute information est communiquée d’avance d’une façon efficace et les réponses par messages sont rapides et fluides.

Beliggenheden var perfekt, virkelig hyggeligt kvarter og nemt at komme ind til centrum. Lejligheden havde præcis det, vi skulle bruge - hverken mere eller mindre.

Sengen var ikke så rar at sove i og lidt smal, og hovedpuderne var for store og hårde til vores smag - men ellers var vi meget glade for at være der!

Remek helyen van, csendes környezetben, hangulatos zöld utcában. Közelben pékség,pizza, bárok, minden is.

Megtésvesztő,hogy az utca neve több kerületen át ugyanaz, a GPS-be mindig bele kell írni,hogy Montreuil.

Séjour de 5 jours à Paris avec 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 5 ans.

La localisation était parfaite !! À 3 min à pied du RER A à destination de Disneyland et idem pour le métro direction Paris. À proximité des commerces de Vincennes. Appartement très bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire.

Heerlijk appartement!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. De host reageerde snel en duidelijk. We mochten iets later uitchecken, waardoor we langer van de stad konden genieten. Heel fijn dat de host zo flexibel was. Het appartement was modern ingericht, schoon, stil en van alles voorzien. Heerlijke regendouche! Locatie is fijn, paar minuutjes van de metro en RER, hierdoor snel in centrum van Parijs. Nette en rustige buurt. Zorg dat je in de navigatie Monteuil invoert, en niet Parijs, want dan is het even zoeken. Echt een aanrader!
