Le Terracotta - T2 Design - Métro, RER & Jardin

The location of the apartment suited our needs very well. A little bit out of the center in a nice, safe area but very quick access to the metro, and especially close to some great areas like the 11th and 20th.

In general everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Location and surroundings of the apartment are nice and quiet. It is located on the second floor, which makes it safer and less noisy. The property is located some 350 m outside the Paris administrative border. Around the same distance is the nearest metro station. You can reach it in 7 min of walking. In the apartment, there were a lot of kitchen tools, a new washing machine with AI. Almost all that was needed was there. The renovation looks fresh.

This is an old house with that characteristic old-house smell. Sometimes noisy neighbors in the late evening or night. Collecting the key was a little uncomfortable. All information about the property and the messaging with the manager was in English, but the instructions on how to get the key and inside the house were in a separate web page in French only. As none of us know French at all, it was a bit difficult to navigate and understand the instructions. As the property is aimed at tourists, it must include at least an English version. There was almost no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no extra trash bags. A dishwasher and microwave would be very helpful. It was very hot in the first week of our stay, up to 35-37 C. It would be nice to have air conditioning in the apartment.

Todo muy bien. Excelente lugar, limpio, cómodo y espacioso.

Hubo un pequeño problema que ya se corrigió con el dueño del apartamento. De resto, todo está muy bien.
