Great location, economical for >2pax, clean. Recommended.

Great location near train station, restaurants, supermarket, bakery. Communal hallway had that clean hospital smell, clearly regularly done. Apartment was clean, nothing to fault. It is economical with a family using the pull-out sofa, going to a hotel nearby would have cost us 50% more, the trade-off is that it is a sofa bed but since we were only there one night and hardly inside, it worked well for us. Will use it again next year!

There was personal meeting to take keys, it is nice to meet the host in person, but puts a bit of (self-inflicted) pressure on guests to make the pre-arranged meeting time. I don't mind instructions with videos for example. Even though hosts are flexible, I always feel bad changing plans for either my own convience or when traffic / circumstances required it.

Great location and host!!

Fantastic location next to RER and Metro stations on lines A and 1 which have many of the key tourist destinations! Also Vincennes a very pleasant and underrated place to stay. The host Ana was very helpful with tips and addressing our requests!

Six nights in Paris!

It was just perfect for us. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood, and everything that you need is in a walking distance ( groceries, restaurants and transport). Especially the Train-station was great since it was perfect for our trip to Disneyland ( direct line). The apartament is arranged in a smart way with one bedroom and a living room with open kitchen, with a couch that is extending, so the whole apartament can accommodate 4 persons with no problem, Check-in and check-out very easy, and Ana was very receptive to any questions that we had. As you can see everything in Paris in six days, we plan to return and definitely we will look for this accommodation first.

Friendly host and safe town.

Close to the train station (2 - 3min walk) , supermarket and lots of shops to get our meals. Really friendly host who would share with us what is available around the neighbourhood. The house is clean. The area is also relatively safe as compared to the other parts of Paris. Travelling to Disneyland or town is only 30 minutes away. Thus it is super convenient. Especially when u spend a whole day in Disneyland and wishes to get home ASAP.

It's located at level 2, thus if u open your windows, it's quite noisy. It's located near a school as well, on school days you can hear children shouting.

Cómodo y muy bien ubicado

Está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la estación de tren del RER A, que te lleva a Paris y a Disneyland, y a 5 min de la estación de metro de la línea 1, que está justo frente al castillo y recorre el centro de Paris desde Republique hasta La Defefense. El personal muy amable, tuvimos un problema con la ducha y nos lo solucionaron en minutos, y era domingo por la mañana.

Es un primero sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue un problema, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta si tienes problemas de movilidad. Y no hay microondas, pero hay hervidor de agua y todo el resto de electrodomésticos

Está muy bien ubicado cerca de dos metros importantes en nuestro caso el que nos llevaba a Disney y el metro que te lleva a la ciudad

Bueno, capaz le faltaba algunas cosas de mantenimiento el TV era muy anticuado y lograr verlo llevaba mucho trabajo ya que se des configuraba o no se veía y Nosotors con dos niños no lograr ver TV fue algo pesado

Un séjour parfait

L’hôte était très accueillante et arrangeante. Elle a facilité notre arrivée et nous a donné des conseils sur le quartier. Le matelas était très confortable Idéalement placé à côté du Metro et du parc floral

L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de Vincennes et à quelques foulées du bois. L’entrée dans les lieux a été très simple grâce à l’accueil d’Ana qui s’est rendue disponible en fonction de mes contraintes horaires. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Le ventilateur a été un vrai plus en cette période de fortes chaleurs.
