La proximité de toutes commodités (commerces, restaurant, métro). Rue très calme car voix sans issues

Quelques détails: volets cassés, manque d'air, pas de code WiFi, télé difficile à comprendre pour regarder les chaînes classique, canapé lit compliqué nous avons du sortir le matelas et dormir avec au sol, nous avons manqué d'un chiffon, joint de douche qui laisse passer l'eau au niveau de la porte donc complètement mouillé au sol.

Appartement comforme aux photos situer au rez de chaussé dans une rue piétonne à 2mn à pieds de la police donc sécurité rien n’a dire et surtout juste à 2mn du métro et du château de vincennes

seule petit bémol un volet sur 2 dans le salon casser donc pour aéré compliquée pas de ballais ou aspirateur il y a pas de couvert pour manger il y a des plaque mes elle son à induction et les poils et casserole présente sur place ne le son pas donc compliquer à part le four et le micro-ondes faire des pâtes impossible sinon rien à si PAS DE RÉSEAUX faut ce coller à la fenêtre

The location was fantastic, right off the metro and close to the castle, shops and restaurants. The towels were fine and the tv worked well. There was good wifi but I could not find any info about connecting to it so had to ask the host via email. Once connected it worked well.

When I reserved the non refundable room, advertised as pet friendly, the hosts told me I could not stay since my dog was a large breed. I asked for a refund and was refused until Booking.com intervened and was allowed to stay (after several days of messaging). The room was clean, but the sheet on the pullout couch was either stained or dirty. It had broken slats and was too large for the size of the room, so had to push back the kitchen bar to extend the mattress fully and it took up the entire living room, so once extended, it was really cramped. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower and the bathroom glass was filthy. I had a late flight and asked for late check out since I was traveling with a dog, (offered to pay extra) and was refused, so waited at the cafe next door for two hours until my taxi came, yet the cleaner did not show up until my ride came, a shame as the host could have made some extra money. The bed in the bedroom is butted against a wall, so for two people, it is cramped and makes it difficult should the person on the inside need to get out of bed before the other. There were plenty of dishes but we could not find any silverware. The door to get in and out of the apartment does not have a handle, so it was difficult to shut.
