The pictures advertise a better apartment than what it really is. Wouldn’t stay again, we should have stretched our budg

Location was great. Amazing area. Fairly cheap.

The entrance to the apartment is fairly grim. For a self catering option, there wasn’t a single piece of cutlery or utensil to cook or eat in the apartment. We had to go to the supermarket down the street (G20)to buy wooden disposables. No rubbish bin. Or notes of where to dispose once bag filled. The rain shower didn’t work so had to use handheld, which had a split in the hose. The TV in the bedroom had been smashed. It’s ground floor apt so when you open the shutters the apartment is very much on view to the general public. It’s really really small. Like you almost have to plan your next move and navigate the apartment with strategy. There’s definitely been an animal on the sofa as both took turns to sleep on the sofa bed and had an allergic reaction each time.

Hijyen ürünleri maalesef yeterince temiz değildi. Sabun, şampuan vb şeyler maalesef yoktu. 4 kişiye kadar kalabilir deniliyor ama mahremiyetten dolayı maksimum bir çift kalabilir. Çünkü banyonun ve odanın kapısı yok. Ayrıca banyodaki gider yeterince iyi çalışmıyordu.

L’emplacement est très bien. Metro et commerces proches du logement.

Plusieurs points négatifs: - pas d’intimité. Il manque des rideaux aux fenêtres car rdc avec fenêtres directement sur la rue. Il manque une porte pour la sdb. Il a fallu improviser avec la porte d’un placard. - un demi rouleau de toilette pour 4 pour 3 jours. - pas de torchon à disposition - tv cassée dans la chambre - logement difficile à fermer de l’extérieur car plus de poignée sur la porte - il manque une petite casserole - bouilloire très entartrée - moisissure sur le plafond et les murs - 4 oreillers mais seulement 2 avec des taies. Nous étions pourtant 4 personnes annoncées. - canapé lit très inconfortable et lattes cassées - l’aspirateur ne marchait pas - propreté à revoir : état général de l’appartement et des draps - enfants bienvenus (nous en avions deux) mais prises de courant à nue

Het enige waar we goed over konden praten was de keuken en badkamer.

We waren totaal niet tevreden en niet blij met wat wij aantroffen! We zijn normaal totaal geen mensen die zeuren maar dit was niet oké. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat het beddengoed niet gewassen was. Alles rook enorm muf en was totaal niet hygiënisch! De tv was helemaal geruïneerd. Er zaten zulke grote barsten en gaten in. Het leek alsof we werden bekeken. Dat is totaal niet oké en niet een gevoel die je aan je gasten wilt geven. Er zat schimmel en scheuren in de muur. Het kastje onder het bed was kapot en de verf van het tv-meubel liet aan alle kanten los. Ook stonden er op de website verschillende dingen zoals een leuk kleed in de woonkamer, de salon tafel en mooie gelakte kasten. Hier was niks van waar en nergens te bekennen. Na contact gehad te hèbben de eigenaar hebben we hier niks uit kunnen halen en verteld hij dat dit de schuld is van eerdere gasten. Niet erg netjes en professioneel. Ik heb van een aantal dingen foto’s kunnen maken maar helaas niet alles want wij waren snel weg. Erg jammer om zo ons weekend Parijs te beginnen.

L'emplacement proche des restaurants et du parc floral, le calme de la rue, la facilité pour récupérer les clés, bien équipé, le wifi et la télé connectée.

La porte d'entrée difficile à fermer, l'humidité de l'appartement, le manque d'intimité (porte de toilettes transparente qui s'ouvre vers l'intérieur, pas de porte ou de rideau entre la chambre et la salle de bains.), problème d'étanchéité de la porte de douche et l'eau coule partout par terre.

Buena opción para alojarte en la carísima Paris en un barrio seguro y con encanto

Buena opción para alojarte en la carísima París. Sin estar cerca del centro la ubicación es muy buena pues hay una parada de metro a 2 minutos andando y también de RER para ir directo a Disneyland Paris. Además el barrio es muy seguro y hasta agradable pasear por sus calles. Hay un supermercado a 2 minutos. En cuanto al apartamento como tal era más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos pero suficiente para dormir dos noches, mucha vida no se puede hacer.

El apartamento era un poco incómodo porque era más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos, la estancia del salón con la cocina especialmente. La cama de la habitación está encajada en el espacio que hay dejando un pequeño pasillo para ir al baño que también es bastante pequeño aunque cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para convivir unos días. Creo que por el precio que te cobran un poco de agua fría y alguna cápsula de café podían dejar, así como gel y champú, pues viniendo con maleta de mano no puedes meter mucho líquido...

Bien conçu, petite surface optimisé au maximum, tout y est ou presque.

L'emplacement à 3 minutes du métro et la rue piétonne sans voiture.

La salle de bain, le sèche serviette fait un ronron juste derrière la tête de lit ! la paroi de douche demande vraiment un bon coup de détartrage et de plus un espèce d'auto collant qui se décolle cela n'est pas très engageant ! également pour votre robinetterie en général ! (Comme votre égouttoir) le miroir de la salle de bain, il manquait un petit coup de propreté. Un petit nettoyage du canapé et du tapis tachés serait un plus ! Inconvénient courant des logements en rez-de-chaussée, des petits rideaux ou des stores légers type voilage peuvent être une bonne solution pour préserver l'intimité tout en laissant passer la lumière, cela évite de vivre les volets fermés.
