L'emplacement est parfait ! Juste à 5min à pied du centre de Vincennes et 5-10 min des transports vers Paris. Idéal pour visiter Paris en profitant des restaurant et petits magasins de Vincennes qui sont vraiment super sympa ! :) Le studio est vraiment parfait pour profiter à 2 :) Confortable et mignon, le studio répond totalement aux attentes. Garage disponible qui est très pratique pour éviter de payer le parking en plus durant le séjour. Attention la rampe d'accès est serré mais ça passe pour un véhicule largeur classique :)
Seul petit problème, la porte de l'appartement vibre et fait du bruit quand la porte d'entrée du bâtiment se referme. En pleine nuit s'est embêtant. SOLUTION : nous avons réglé ça en calant un bout de cartons à côté de la barre dans le trou de bloquage au niveau du sol. Après cela plus de soucis.

Studio propre et bien équipé. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, près des commerces et des moyens de transport.
La porte d'entrée du studio vibre à chaque fois que la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble s'ouvre et se ferme. Manque de luminosité dû à l'exposition. La boîte à clés est un peu haute pour une personne de petite taille.
