"Missed potential: good apartment, disappointing customer service
The apartment itself has a lot going for it: the location is excellent, in a pleasant neighborhood with good access to transport, shops, and parks. The interiors are as described — clean, fairly well-equipped, and comfortable for a family stay.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly affected by poor communication and a lack of basic support from the host agency (Welkeys). Upon arrival, the key was not where it was supposed to be (under the building entrance doormat...), and the greeter was unaware of its whereabouts. We were left waiting outside with children for over two hours, receiving only vague and inaccurate updates like “we’re five minutes away.”
We were also told the front door lock would be changed during our stay for safety reasons — a promise that was never fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. We requested fans several times due to high temperatures at night, but these requests were ignored.
This lack of responsiveness made us feel unsafe and unsupported, which is a shame given the apartment’s potential. With more reliable and attentive management, this could be a great stay — but sadly, that was not our experience.

bel soggiorno a due passi dal centro
Bellissima posizione in zona borghese servita perfettamente dai mezzi di trasporto e ricca di supermercati e locali di ogni tipo. Grazie alla disponibilità del concierge (Karim) siamo riusciti ad anticipare il check-in di due ore rispetto al termine previsto.
Cucina fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici, in più phon, aspirapolvere elettrica, potente wi-fi. Nessun rumore, letti supercomodi e impianto di riscaldamento top, soprattutto in considerazione delle temperature esterne molto rigide.
Manca la TV: non è elemento fondamentale ma, per chi non usa internet o vuole rilassarsi la sera al rientro con i propri figli anche piccoli, rimanere scollegato dal mondo per una settimana può diventare fastidioso.... Suggerisco inoltre una pulizia più accurata; in particolare abbiamo trovato un capello nero lungo ben visibile fra le lenzuola e lo scalda salviette del bagno pieno di polvere.
Non ho apprezzato i mille messaggi inviati dal gruppo che gestisce l'appartamento (non proprietari ma un'agenzia), che richiede di caricare le foto prima e dopo il soggiorno, in quanto si è costretti a lasciare una garanzia tramite carta di credito di 700 Euro (addebitata solo in caso di danni). Il concierge ha verificato con noi lo stato dell'appartamento al nostro arrivo, ma alla fine hanno fatto fede solo le foto che abbiamo caricato, in quanto partendo alle 6 del mattino, abbiamo lasciato le chiavi direttamente all'interno. Per fortuna tutto è risultato in ordine.
I mobili dell'appartamento erano di buona qualità, tranne quelli della cucina: armadietti rovinati, lavello scheggiato, come la maggior parte dei piatti (quindi consiglio un'accurata verifica in fase di check-in). Tra l'altro la cucina è lontana dalla tavola da pranzo, per cui si è costretti a mangiare in cucina, dove ci sono solo due sgabelli e una consolle per la colazione.
Chiedere inoltre di provvedere alla sostituzione delle poche provviste presenti per i prossimi inquilini mi è apparsa un'eresia, visto che la maggior parte delle cose lasciate nella credenza erano scadute e quindi infruibili.
Chiedere infine di portare via tutta l'immondizia quando il costo di pulizia è compreso nelle spese finali è una follia; comunque noi la portavamo ogni giorno nella corte interna, ma sentirsi in obbligo anche l'ultima mattina quando ci si alza alle 5 è troppo.

La situation de l’appartement tout proche du métro Château de Vincennes, à deux pas du centre ville.
L’appartement est lumineux, spacieux, bien agencé
Personnel aimable (Marianne) qui nous a permis d’arriver avant l’heure pour nous installer.
Rien à signaler ; tout était à notre convenance, nous avons passé un agréable séjour à quatre adultes
