A cosy, homely stay in a quiet, spacious house. Helpful host. Vincennes is wonderful.

Vincennes is a clean, beautiful suburb. House is close to station, so easy to get to central Paris, and surrounded by supermarkets, bakeries etc. The house is cosy and homely and has everything you need including washer, drier, coffee maker and well-stocked kitchen. It's clean, quiet and Sophie contacted me on WhatsApp before trip and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend said the main bedroom was lovely, I was on a sofa bed so a bit less comfy but fine. Had a few problems with the shower as the water level was rising until I realised the filter was more like a plug and removed it. Electricity a little hit and miss with some of the plugs - but that's just France really.

Fantastic and very well located accommodation

Stayed here with family while visiting both Paris and Disneyland and it was a great base for our trip. The location of the house was amazing - shops, RER & Metro stations were all close by. It was also very quiet despite it's central location. Sophie was a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond.

The spiral staircase up from the front door was quite tight and I had to be careful not to bang my head (I'm 183cm tall)! This wasn't really a problem though - just something I had to be careful about!

Great stay in beautiful Vincennes

So much space, all necessary equipment and additional stuff like spices, towels, toilet paper etc available, quiet house

Sleeping couch was only comfy on one side, ground floor (kitchen) smells like someone smoked in here and we had to air the room whenever using it but with windows open it was good

We had a great time. It was possible for us to check in early, which was very nice of Sophie. The apartment is great, you have everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and clean and the apartment is very close to the Metro. We can totally recommend Sophies apartment!

Paris and Disney visit

Very convenient location at the end of the yellow line (10 minutes walk) and on the Rer A (3 minutes walk), making it a good base to explore Paris and outer regions (Disney for example). A lot of food and groceries options nearby, as it is in the center of Vincennes. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need.

Nothing in particular. As others have mentioned, the train goes right under the house, which is strange the first 1-2 days. But when visiting Paris you should not really be staying at home :).

Perfect stay in Vincennes

The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is very central, yet quiet as it is in a private courtyard. Only 100m from RER A which was perfect to get us around to Disneyland or Paris. Plenty of good shops and restaurants around. We could have happily stayed there for several weeks!

Was our first trip to Paris we enjoyed our stay but willl look for a more updated comfortable stay

The location was close to shopping & our friends Washer/Dryer

The bedding needed more pillows The walk way/ entry point to the house is a hazard. If your in a wheel chair or have a disability would have a hard time staying here. The place needs to be cleaned outside & inside. Walls need paint floors need to be cleaned. Outside garden area needs to be cleaned remove dead plants etc. The sky light looks like an accident waiting to happen it’s being supported by a rope If we came back we rojos not stay here :( even thought we loved the location Sophia was nice We were charged an extra $60 a day for my daughter who slept in a room with a mattress on the ground. Barely any room for her to walk around on there

Loved the location with the family. Super nice neighborhood, clean, small shops and butchers and everything around. Big plus: two stations around (M-Line and RER), both 5 mins walking distance from the apartment bringing you to the main sights of the city

Very inexpensive simple apartment near shops and the metro.

The location is excellent. Near supermarkets, bread stores, butcher shops, sweets shops and fresh fruit and vegetable stands. Everything very close by. There is a discounted underground parking garage within walking distance if you need to park a car. There is a metro stop just 5 minutes away along with the RER train station even closer. This is a very inexpensive accommodation for Paris. It reminded me of an old France type of apartment. Very simple apartment with a fully stocked kitchen with all the right utensils, dishes, pots and pan. It even had a raclette maker. I had raclette cheese one evening. Don't expect a fancy modern updated apartment. The host speaks excellent English and was very gracious. She checked up with us to make sure everything was in order.

Disappointing

We really liked the apartment's position and the town of Vincennes

Even though the initial hospitality was positive, there was a problem caused by the presence of a mouse, in the court first and then in the kitchen on the ground floor. Although we informed the host about it on the phone, she didn't help us and as a result we couldn't use the kitchen for three days.

It is located very close to the RER and metro . There ar so many beautiful shops near the house such as bakery, clothes store, grocery stores and so on. The host is very friendly and nice , she is always ready to help us. Absolutely perfect place to stay in!

House was charming in a lovely area with easy access to central Paris.

The location was perfect. Vincennes is a really upmarket, quiet area with very easy access to the RER (200 yards away), just a few stops to central Paris. Also very easy to get to Disneyland also by RER just 11 stops.

The only downside for me was the mattress in the double bed, bit saggy.

We liked very much staying at Une maison comme un Riad apartments and recomed to stay there

1. Location. Apartments located very close to the RER station and near the metro station. Near a lot of different shops (supermarkets, bakeries, seafood, fruits & vegetables, butcher shops and clothes shops). 2. Very friendly and nice host Sophie who is always available on phone and ready to help and relpy on your questions. 3. Apartments itself. Two floors – fully equipped kitchen (electric devices, tableware, dish washing machine, big refrigerator and washer) on the first floor, 3 living rooms and bathroom on the second floor and cozy patio. For family of 4 people were very comfortable. Apartments located very close to RER line so from early morning to late night you can hear passing trains. We spend all days in city so this not bothered us. But this may be important to someone.

Dampeness on the first floor because of the rainy weather.

Un moment exceptionnel. Location très confortable, aux portes de Paris avec un accès d'une extrême facilité, des commerces de proximité d'une grande qualité. On se sent dans cette maison comme chez soi, du style la villle a la campagne ! La location pourrait entrer dans le guide Michelin de Booking avec 3 étoiles !

Remarquable

L'emplacement est idéal au coeur de Vincennes. Tous les équipements adéquats. Maison propre et confortable, une petite cour privée très sympathique dont je n'ai pu malheureusement profiter avec une météo défavorable, mais qui est un plus indéniable avec du soleil. Le calme en est même surprenant vu la localisation, un vrai bonheur. La gentillesse et la prévenance de Sophie sont vraiment à souligner. Aux petits soins pour que mon séjour soit agréable, un grand merci à elle. Je vérifierai les disponibilités de ce logement avant tous les autres lors de mes prochains séjours sans hésitation.

Seul point à noter, le passage du RER qui peut être ressenti en vibration pour certains, mais qui ne m'a pas dérangé ni empêcher de savourer le calme de l'endroit ni de dormir.

Estancia excepcional en Vincennes

Un montón de aspectos excepcionales para destacar. Alojamiento muy amplio con un montón de comodidades: utensilios de cocina, baño equipado, ventiladores, televisión por cable, patio iluminado con mucho cariño, etc. Ubicación excepcional con la que llegar muy rápido tanto a Paris como a Disneyland, y situada en una calle llena de comercios y supermercados, muy transitada y segura. Sophie se ha mostrado en todo momento muy atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. Para nosotros ha superado completamente las expectativas que teniamos inicialmente, nos hemos llevado un gran recuerdo y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Lo peor sin lugar a dudas fue tener que marcharnos de alli :). No tuvimos suerte con el tiempo, y la lluvia no nos permitió disfrutar del patio. En algunas otras reseñas han mencionado que molestaba el sonido del tren, pero para nosotros ha sido tan leve que no ha supuesto ningun problema.

Un très bon séjour, tout le monde est content

2 pas à la gare RER A, super emplacement, beaucoup de commerces autour. Très jolie maison, propre, bien équipée.

Dommage que la machine à laver et le sèche-linge ne sont pas propres, on n'a pas pu les utiliser.
