I loved the location. Calm authentic atmosphere and safe flat

This stay is really extremely close to the public transport. We’ve used both RER and metro. Also, there is a Monoprix on the neighbouring street and a lot of nice restaurants.

Unfortunately, previous guest was a smoker, so the apartment was full of that smell. The problem is that it’s a bit tricky to ventilate the apartment.

Not to be used during summer season as it’s not suitable for hot weather. Mildew and mould must be cleared - HAZARDOUS

The location of the property was close to the supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and loads to see and do. It’s easy access to the castle and it has a lovely fruit market below. The TV and kitchen were clean. Overall home was clean.

During peak summer the home is unbearable to live in. There are only two windows that can open but it doesn’t provide enough air circulation. The bathroom has MOULD and the overall kitchen and bathroom have a mildew/ musky smell. The heat was unbearable and providing a small tower fan that produces a very weak fan is just not good enough the home needs an air conditioning unit to be installed. The kitchen amenities were missing the very basics like salt, pepper but lots of plates, pots and cutlery. For some unknown reason had a kitchen heated floor turned on and the dish washer was very hot too. The kitchen cabinets had a strange mildew smell but overall very clean otherwise. The mattress on the bedroom upstairs was very soft and had a slight smell of cigarettes. Also the ceiling fan was loose which caused the blades to hit the glass lampshade and made it wobble. It was dangerous so we couldn’t use that!

Good location to be a tourist

Location of the apt was very good, close to metro stations, fruit stand as well as shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice as it was clean and quaint.

Bathroom was gross, needs to be cleaned. Kitchen was nice but if I wanted to cook I didn’t feel confident to have all the tools I needed to do so. I would have preferred to cook 1-2 nights while there to avoid over spending. There were pots and pans but not cooking utensils and only salt in the cabinet.

Ubicación muy céntrica

Pessimo ! Llegamos al alojamiento había un olor a tabaco muy fuerte, verdaderamente insoportable que no se fue con abrir las ventanas … porque el olor está impregnado en el apt …Envíe msj para questionar y me trajeron un ambientador de palillo ( como si fuera a solucionar) . Para colmo no hay ninguna señal de teléfono… si necesitas hacer llamada o recibir… olvídate es imposible. Eso no lo ponen el anuncio … así que como yo estaba en teletrabajo y necesitaba hacer llamadas tuve que ir a un otro lugar y perdí todo el valor de la reserva pues ellos no dieron una solución para el problema. Todo en este apt es muy viejo … sábanas toallas etc… la cama está rota cuando te acuestas te hace un hueco ! No vale la pena el precio que cobran ! Es penible !
