I don't recommend the mansard apartment
The location is good, just a 15-minute walk from both the train and metro stations.
We booked the mansard apartment, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. When the weather is hot, the apartment becomes unbearably stuffy, making it difficult to breathe. Contrary to what was stated on the website, there is no air conditioning—only two fans, which are not sufficient to cool the space. Additionally, due to the sloped ceiling, it’s very easy to bump your head when moving around. Only one corridor allows safe movement without the risk of hitting your head. I tried contacting the host about these issues, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response.

Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania Paryża i Disneylandu, jeśli nie przeszkadzają zapachy z gastronomii
Dobra lokalizacja, w miłej, cichej i zielonej dzielnicy (śpiew ptaków słychać od rana do wieczora). Estetyczne i wygodne dla 4osobowej rodziny. Mieszkanie przestronne, trzeba tylko pamiętać o skosach dachu ;] Stacja metra 1 i RER A (do Disneylandu) w zasięgu ok. 15 minutowego spaceru. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem, wygodny system odbioru kluczy.
Mieszkanie w pogodne dni bardzo się nagrzewało (położone na poddaszu), otwarcie okien powodowało wpadanie zapachów smażenia z pobliskiej restauracji codziennie od popołudnia do ok.23.00, co było dla nas uciążliwe.

La proximité tout en étant au calme Le chauffage qui fonctionne très bien Le côté cocon La propreté La literie Et la disponibilité du gestionnaire venu à ma rescousse quand le digicoffre a décidé de ne pas fonctionner à mon arrivée en pleine soirée.
La porte d'entrée du bâtiment est si difficile à ouvrir de l'intérieur qu'elle en devient anxiogène (de l'extérieur aussi mais on peut se jeter dessus pour l'ouvrir). Vraiment, il faut résoudre ce problème. Attention connexion Wi-Fi insuffisante.

L'appartamento o meglio dire la soffitta era privo di riscaldamento. Con una temperatura di -2 gradi all'esterno é stato quasi impossibile riscaldarsi con le due stufe date in dotazione (dimensioni ridicole). La doccia perdeva acqua all'esterno. La porta del bagno non rimaneva chiusa dovevamo fare a turno per tenerla socchiusa. Il divano letto era in condizioni pessime, sfondato e scomodissimo. Il letto matrimoniale era scomodo. Assurdo affittare anche per brevi soggiorni una soffitta in quello stato. Mai più..
