About this apartment rental
Only a few minutes from Paris 20th. To discover what the capital has to offer, the accommodations are well served by public transportation; only 4 minutes from the Robespierre metro (line 9) and 200 m from the 318 bus stop.
Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.
The accommodations are on two levels.
On the first floor, when you enter, you are in the main room: kitchen/living room which has:
Kitchen area
- Cookie sheets
- a fridge
- a microwave
- a coffee machine
- a kettle
- a washing machine
- crockery, glasses and cutlery
- Pots and pans
Living area
- a sofa that converts into an extra bed that can accommodate one person (please let me know if you will use it, so that I can leave you the necessary bed linen).
- a dining table/chairs
- a TV
The toilets are on the first floor.
There is a small exterior, perfect for smokers.
Upstairs are the bedrooms.
A master bedroom with:
- a queen size double bed 160x200
- a wardrobe
- a bedside table
- an iron
- an ironing board
A small room:
- two bunk beds
- storage
The shower room is upstairs.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning price.
We offer for rent:
The pack: travel cot and high chair 5e/day
Car chair: 5e/day
Stroller: 5e/day
Deckchair and bath: 5e/day

If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have a parking space.

Paid tickets (with white dotted lines) are free from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery places (with yellow dotted lines) are free from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., on Sundays and public holidays.
