Το διαμέρισμα είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, 10 λεπτά από το μετρό. Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή υπάρχει εμπορικό κέντρο, σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέριες, μπαράκια και μαγαζιά με φαγητό.
Παρόλο που οι χώροι του διαμερίσματος, τα έπιπλα, η τουαλέτα ήταν καθαρά, τα παράθυρα, τα παντζούρια και η εξώπορτα ήταν σαν να μην είχαν καθαριστεί ποτέ. Τα υδραυλικά στην κουζίνα χρειάζονται επιδιόρθωση.

L’emplacement, la propreté et le confort des lits. Chambre du bas fraîche et agréable par temps de canicule. L’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure arborée.
Pièce principale un peu petite, équipement de petite qualité. Il y avait un souci au niveau du robinet de la cuisine.

Alojamiento muy cómodo y funcional. Hay conexión con metro (aprox 40min al centro) y bus.
Todo estaba bien y limpio. Agradecería que hubiera bolsas de basura y papel de WC correspondiente a los días de la estancia.

Great Location. 10 minutes walk from the Metro and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Montreuil is not a touristy destination, so the pricing is much fairer than in Paris city centre.
The apartment needs attention. The Washing Machine was not working. The Coffee Machine wasn't working. The property itself looks poorly maintained. One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week's stay - strange.
