Budget but close to amenities.
Great Location. 10 minutes walk from the Metro and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Montreuil is not a touristy destination, so the pricing is much fairer than in Paris city centre.
The apartment needs attention. The Washing Machine was not working. The Coffee Machine wasn't working. The property itself looks poorly maintained. One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week's stay - strange.

Excellently priced, clean, comfy mattresses, matched photos and description, self checkin
No toiletries (other than 7 tiny bags of body gel, and one toilet paper roll, for 2 people 2 days). Instructions for the heaters would have been handy.

Proche du métro mais logement sombre et humide
L’emplacement est très bien pour visiter paris grâce au métro à proximité ( a peine 10 min à pied)
Logement en sous-sol très sombre et surtout très humide : draps et serviettes sentent le moisi et c est très très petit . A 4 on ne peut pas circuler .

Le bâtiment fait l’objet de travaux en dehors des horaires légaux. L’appartement semble être utilisé comme un hôtel de passe : les draps sont sales et des tuyaux sortent juste à côté des têtes de lit.
