More flexibility is needed to ensure travelers have a pleasant stay
The property was spacious
The check in time is 16pm which is pretty late and checkout at 10am is early. I wanted to pay a whole additional day for late check out but the host refused. This lack of flexibility made me loose a lot of time and made my stay stressful.

konakladığım otelinizden maalesef hiç memnun kalmadım. sebeplerini şu şekilde anlatmak istiyorum.
1-) odada konakladığımız ilk gün chek in için belirlenen 16.00 saati çok geçti, yanımızda getirdiğimiz bagajları bırakacağımız yerleri olmadığını ancak ücretli bir adres göstereceklerini belirttiler ki biz günümüzün yarısını bavulları teslim etmek için verdikleri emanet adresini aramakla geçirdik verdikleri emanet adresinde kimse yoktu ve bir lokantaya ücret ödeyerek eşyalarımızı bırakmak zorunda kaldık.
2-) kaldığımız ilk gece temiz teslim ettiklerini iddia ettikleri odanın yastık yorgan ve nevresimleri sigara kokuyordu, ertesi gün değiştirmeleri için otel ile iletişime geçtik ancak otelde bizim odanın anahtarı olmadığını nevresimleri kapıya bırakalım siz kendiniz değiştirin dediler, çok ilginç ben anahtarımı kaybetmiş olsa idim yedek anahtarı otel bana veremeyecek miydi? otelde yedek anahtarın olmaması otelcilik anlayışı ile bağdaşmayan bir durum değil mi?
3-) akşam duş almak istedik ve odanın sıcak suyu çalışmadı, otel yönetiminden whatsup üzerinden yardım istedik ve yardım edemediler. meğer belirli bir süre beklemek gerekiyormuş ancak biz bunu bilemediğimiz için o gece de duş alamadık. kısaca otel yakınında muhatap kimse olmadığı için malaesef mağdur olduk.
5-) ilginçtir otel chek in saati 16.00 olmasına karşın otel çhek out saati 10.00 .biz şehirden fazla yaralanma adına uçak biletimiz akşam saatlerine almıştık doğal olarak bavullarımız tekrar sorun oldu ve odayı boşaltacağımız gün pazar olduğu için bu defa bagajlarımızı bırakabileceğimiz yerde yoktu. ve otel yönetimi bir akşam öncesinde odayı 10.00 da boşaltmamız gereken bir mesajın çoktan atmıştı bile.
6-) kendilerini hiç görmediğim otel yönetimine teşekkür ederek bu tesisi kullanırken bir kez daha düşünmenizi ayrıca otel yönetiminden chek in ve chek out saatlerini gözden geçirmesini öneriyorum. ayrıca otel yönetiminden tesis yakınında yetkili bir kişi kalmasını öneriyorum.

Un appartement idéal pour visiter Paris. Non loin du métro, au calme, vous passerez un magnifique séjour. Les draps et serviettes sont à disposition, bien agréable quand on voyage. Les propriétaires sont très serviables par sms. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Il divano letto era scomodo. La scala d’accesso troppo ripido e stretto. L’ingresso dell’edificio puzzava.

Tutto sommato per il prezzo pagato è un buon appartamento.
La vicinanza alla metro di Marie di Montreuil (solo pochi minuti a piedi ).
La struttura è fornita di tutti quegli elettrodomestici utili ai brevi soggiorni
Hanno fornito una sola tovaglia a testa per tutta la durata del viaggio (6 giorni pieni), che abbiamo dovuto usare per tutto, il che era poco igienico.
Le lenzuola erano macchiate e bitorzolute quindi dovrebbero essere cambiate, ovviamente neanche queste sono state cambiate per la durata di tutto il viaggio.
Sono state forniti solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica, ovviamente non è bastata per 4 persone per 6 giorni.
Il bagno è diviso con la doccia nella stanza da letto e con il gabinetto nella cucina in un piccolo stanzino non arieggiato e con muffa.
Ovviamente il divano letto è scomodissimo e si affossa al centro.
