Le Logis de Montmartre

It's a cool little apartment off a private courtyard, in a great location in Montmartre - lots of nearly cafes and stores. Lots of bed options - we were 3 (1 adult and 2 teens) and used the double bed and 2 sofa beds. In theory, there's bedspace for 3-4 more but it was right for us (given petite bathroom). There are now 2 big fans and we were fine in the heatwave. Raphael tthe host - as has been mentioned in most reviews - is excellent and very attentive. We had a few extra needs he was able to accommodate (see below)

I thought it was wheelchair-accessible and it's not. (This must have been my error when researching - it has accommodated a guest in a manual chair before but definitely unsuitable for non-ambulant users. Narrow doorway, big step down into the flat and narrow spaces and step in the bathroom/shower). We left the power chair in the courtyard and Raphael hired us a manual chair for our stay. The apartment layout was not completely clear in the pictures. There is an adjacent apartment (slightly smaller but a smaller step to enter) also owned/managed by this host.

Really thoughtful touches, such as 2 hair dryers, coffee, toiletries. The location was also great and our host was very helpful and responsive

The shower area could have been cleaner. The photos don't make the sleeping options entirely clear.

The host (Rafael) is great. He came to hand us the key in person when we arrived, and gave us the flexibility to leave our bags in the apartment many hours before our official check-in time. He also took the time to explain the neighborhood and give several suggestions about Paris that we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Raphael was very helpful with this booking from months out from arriving, to during our visit. We liked to close proximity to 2 metro stations & a supermarket as well.

Property needs a paint, bathroom is terribly small, shower recess needs an overhaul.
