czystość mieszkania, lokalizacja, wyposażnie - było wszystko czego potrzebowałem. Do mieszkania był klucz, który otwierał również bramę. Bardzo wygodne, bo wklepywanie trzech kodów za kazdym razem byłoby męczące.
Klimatyzacja tylko wiała, ale nie chłodziła. Na noc trzeba było otwierać okna, bo było za gorąco. A na zewnątrz hałasowała non stop wentylacja z restauracji, którą było niestety słychać na 5 piętrze. Winda zatrzymywała się na 4 i 6 pietrze - przycisk od piętra 5 nie działał.

Amazing location with so many restaurants and shops right nearby. Walking distance to Montmartre and to Louvre. Easy to access, PIN code access is convenient for a group. No need to worry about managing keys. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Neighborhood is lively but nevertheless quiet at night.
The condition of the flat is not perfect. Some things are a bit old or not built to the highest standard. Although you can not hear any noise from neighbors, within the apartment there is little soundproofing (eg bathrooms). But the value for money is amazing, so all in all a very good stay for a big group of adults.

Le message envoyé par l'hôte a été classé dans les spams. J'ai du téléphoner à plusieurs reprises y compris au service clients de Booking. Le code m'a été envoyé sur une autre adresse mail et nous avons finalement pu rentrer dans l'appartement.
Je n'ai toujours pas ma facture malgré mes 3 demandes et plusieurs jours après notre départ. J'en ai besoin pour ma comptabilité et c'est une obligation légale en France. Par ailleurs, pour contacter l'hôte c'est un peu compliqué avec une connexion lointaine et des communications à prévoir en Anglais.
